My old battery pack

After 9 years of use, I experienced an issue with the headlamp’s battery pack. Unfortunately, spare parts for models this old are no longer available in the official store.
I wasn’t shy to ask on their Facebook page whether spare parts from the newer models would be compatible with my old one. Unfortunately, they weren’t! But instead of ending the conversation there, customer service (in my case Louise) found a compatible battery pack in their warehouse and sent it to me.
We spent two days communicating and trying to solve this issue, and we succeeded. And the reasoning from Suprabeam (Louise) was: “We want your headlamp to last another 9 years.”
