The problem was solved quickly with my printer stuck on "telephone" so could not print anything out, not even to copy a page. When we unplugged it, perfection!!!! It worked.

SMUD Tech John was extremely helpful in solving the problem when I mistakenly paid twice for the renewal of my subcription. While I was still explaining the issue he had seen & confirmed the fact & swiftly sent it to the appropriate department for a refund of the second payment. He helped with a couple of installations in the SMUD's Security & Privacy area, for which I am grateful. He was very patient with both my ancient and slow desktop, as well as my elder slowness in operating the PC. System Mechanic provides excellent service, & I've used it for several years, & recommend it highly.

My operating system was very slow opening files and apps, Nathan cleaned the system. Working great now. He also gave me great tips on how to properly shut down or restart my system in the furture, THANKS
