Ordered online but system cancelled the order even though payment went through. Rang company and the problem was dealt with speedily, friendly and professionally. I was thanked for highlighting the issue and was told the accounts dept would investigate. I was able to order again while on the phone. Received return call the following day to say there was a problem with their system and again thanked for highlighting it. The original payment was refunded immediately. Excellent customer service.

Item arrived damaged and leaking into…
Item arrived damaged and leaking into soaked packaging including exterior box. Advised by postman when he delivered. Photos sent immediately to company, who offered to send me a new spray head, and 5% off my next order, but no compensation for the actual spilled product or offer to replace. Had to send a further 2 emails to get a refund of product only (no post refund even though it was effectively a failed delivery). After refusing the offer of a spray head and future discount voucher, they initially wanted me to repackage a leaking item to return to them to get a refund, which obviously was stupid as was only going to leak more. Not good customer service on this occasion. Order value was under £15 including postage, just can't understand why they were so reluctant having clearly shown them the product was not acceptable as it had leaked (was to be a gift for a friend).

We offered to send you a new spray head plus a discount off your next order with us as from your photos there looked to be only a small leakage and there was still plenty of usable product in the bottle. Our warehouse team try their upmost to ensure that all products are packed carefully and to a high standard but sadly on rare occasions the couriers damage items. We have a fair policy and look at each claim individually as we are a small retailer and cannot simply afford to replace items that have been slightly damaged. When you initially reported the claim, we were unaware it was for a gift as we would have collected and sent a replacement.
We usually ask for items to be returned to us so we can stop fraudulent claims and return to manufacturers so we can help prevent this happening again. After discussing your order and the damaged caused to your item with the company director, it was agreed to refund the cost of the damaged item for you without you having to return this to us. Unfortunately, postage costs are not included in refunds if the parcel is accepted upon delivery.
