The first contact we had from you was a message that you started with "are you dumb" - my feelings weren't hurt I just decided not to bother engaging with such rudeness and arrogance at all and simply cancelled and refunded your order before it was even shipped. There was no issue with delivery as we did not despatch your order. Learn some manners and politeness.
