I have got an email saying the parcel was delivered but it did not, the delivery guy didn't even knock the door, and i tried to contact them and they took ages to get back to me with an answer and also for which i paid extra 5-6 pound delivery charge. I did not expect this kind of service, after too many emails, i got my refund and cancelled the subscription.
