I've been using the REM Super Patches for over a year now. I didn't think I had any major issues with sleep but wanted to try this REM patch because I was curious as to what it could do. I'm all about all natural and prevention, and the REM patch fit that description!
What I noticed very quickly is that whenever I wore the REM patch to bed, I woke up feeling energized, even if I went to bed really late and didn't get many hours of sleep. The nights that I didnt use the REM Super Patch, I woke up sluggish, with lower energy. The difference is undeniable! The benefits are significant! The price per patch is well worth it!
