Do not buy nothing from them!!!!!!!! I ordered a Tao and never got they want to charge ne extra 250$ for shipping!!! Nad have to wait 2 weeks to get my money back!!!!!

I wanted to get 2 small atvs for my girls, I found superiorpowersports and took a chance, very glad I did. Price was great and service from Jessica excellent. Got the two colors I wanted and they arrived a couple days early with no problems. Assembly was easy and my girls love them. They ride them several times a week for the last 2 months and have not had any problems.

I had a wsrranty claim and it was a smooth and satisfying transaction and didn' cost me a cent. Great experience. Thanks.

They delivered me the wrong atv. Instead of trying to fix problem probably they just offered a money settlement of difference of prices of atv s. They are underhanded and lie. They should be put out of business. I’m glad Virginia doesn’t have people doing business like that. Find another company to represent.

i ordered on the 29th of august. it is now the 12th of september. i have not received tracking info and the customer support has not answered my questions. AVOID!

My bike is fun but when to get parts it’s a big hassle

The item I ordered was not in stock, instead of letting me know immediately, they did not mention this for like a week. After they told me about it I requested a refund that they promised would only take 3-5 working days. After two weeks of no refund I was able to get the money back by going through the bank and sending them copies of the emails where I was promised a refund. They should just stop doing business altogether.

easy transaction , very nice to deal with

Well, after 4 days of purchase the motorcycle i wanted they called to tell me that it was out of stock. Like why would they can't update the website so people don't loose their time.

I ordered and paid for the bike to be sent fully assembled and ready to ride. When it got there they put gas and oil in it according to the instructions and the bike would not run. This was a gift for my grandsons birthday and I had it shipped to him in Colorado. He waited three weeks for it to be delivered and it will not run. He said he called the company but after being on hold for hours someone picked up the phone and when he tried to explain what was happening the girl said “we’re closed” and hung up on him without taking his name or number for a follow up. I am now trying to rectify this from New Jersey but I would not recommend this company nor would I use it again

This company is full of idiots. Cancelled my order 2 weeks after making it and still not on a truck for delivery. Now they are thanking me for my order!! Seriously, avoid this company like the plague.

I’ve been very please with my Tao Tao 50 ( type A1) that I recently purchase from Superior Sports. The bike is fun to ride and I get lots of compliments regarding my new bike., There was an initial issue with the speedometer puck in the front wheel but Superior shipped out a free warranty replacement part and the bike is now working perfect! The Superior Powersports team and customer service are very friendly and are always eager with any issues the customer has. This is a great bike at a modest price! Get one one now and have fun!

SuperiorPowerSports made it easy to get on my new TaoTao scooter. Great price, Free shipping.Handled all the paperwork too.My scooter arrived in a week, was assembled in an hour, and I've logged 1000 miles without a problem.

My bike is undrivable, and it came to me with .5 miles on it it will not start they sent me new parts told me I had to put them on, which I did. It’s still won’t work, now they’re telling me it’s my problem and I need to take it to a mechanic. I paid to have it assembled and road tested, it obviously was not road tested, because it dies when I slow down if I can even get started. I only have 7 miles on it, all I did was drive it to a gas station, but then I got stranded. So this bike is worthless to me. And I can’t get they help I need. All they want to do is help me find a mechanic.

No return calls from customer service, scooter is running bad and yet still no return calls, broken Spedo cable, turn signals not functioning.....terrible terrible terrible.
