To clarify, when an item goes out of stock unexpectedly, our system may automatically issue a partial refund for the unavailable product. We do not intentionally send alternative items without reason, and we apologise if there was any confusion regarding what was dispatched in your order.

Please be assured that shipping costs are set by courier rates based on parcel size and weight, they are not used to generate additional margin. We understand how it may have appeared in this situation, and we’re sorry this wasn’t clearer at the time of ordering.

Following our recent relaunch, some products you previously purchased are no longer available and others may be temporarily out of stock while we rebuild our range. We completely understand how disappointing this can be.

Our pricing is set based on market conditions and stock availability, and stock figures shown on marketplace platforms can sometimes appear static due to how those platforms display inventory rather than reflecting real-time levels.

On rare occasions, pricing errors can occur on our website. When this happens, and the price is significantly incorrect, we are unfortunately unable to honour the order and have to cancel it. We understand this is frustrating, and we’re very sorry for the distress this caused.
