Everything is running very easy when I order something at superdry"s. Always very fast and quickly, always the exact correct articles like I have ordered them and the quality of the products is very satisfying. I ll stay as superdrys customer in the future for sure.

I have written you as well via your contact form on the website, where I have also given my order.

Summary is simple: the fit of the jacket was further of than the normal margins I normally expect.
I am normally a size L. I am for such bigger than the model who was wearing an M, so I ordered an M instead of my normal L. And still, I could wear my complete freezing weather outfit and still have space too much in the size M.
And you know, normally it is not a problem: send the product back, order 1 smaller.
Having to pay, say 2 to 3 euro for a shipment is fair. That is also what was on the website. My fault to see that the term and conditions on the CH website were actually talking about Germany/EU and not about Switzerland. So to see that I had to pay 15 euro’s to return the products which didn’t fit by far, does make me unhappy. I have now paid in total 19 euro’s for 1 jacket to come to my home and back. For now I am not going forward with ordering an S, as I am not sure if the arms on that jacket will be long enough.
And that is sad, as the quality of the jacket, the design and the colors were great and not common with other brand. The risk that I again have to pay 19 euro’s for a non fitting jacket is just too big.
I understand that you are in the UK, or maybe with a wearhouse in Belgium. I did look for this jacket in Switzerland, but I couldn’t find it. So I went with your website. But charging 19 euro’s in total for trying on a jacket is not really belonging to 2026 anymore.
That is why I am rating it 1 star: the product really didn’t fit and the shipment price is not competitive.

I recently bought a jacket as a guest (I did not create an account), and I need to return it because it is too small. The package did not include a return sticker, but I received a returns PDF by email. However, the post office will not accept the label, saying it is not the original.

I urgently need a new, valid return label so I can return the jacket as soon as possible.

Could you please send me the correct return label, or is there any way I can return this jacket?

Great shopping experience. I bought a t-shirt, super cute, super stylish. Could have gotten a bigger size, but still serves me well. Lesser quality of cotton and printing, but the hot fix on the back is holding strong. I had already bought some other garments before and very happy with them to this day. Will buy it again.

My package came late, it was supposed to come the latest on Friday I was gonna wear it on Saturday, but it came until Monday.
