No zip on jacket
No zip on jacket. Shop shouldn’t have been selling the jacket as it was obviously known fault from someone else taken back. The hood also had lots of fluff on it and visibly worn previous me purchasing it.

Staff was welcoming, store was well presented and they had all sizes of the jacket i wanted on the shop floor which i was able to try on. I was served quickly and emailed a copy of my receipt.

The young guy in the store was very friendly and nice.
What I believe, is a good customer service is making the customer feel welcomed.
The guy really nailed this.
I went to this store earlier but every other staff were not going above & beyond.
They would do minimal.
But the last I visited the store the young guy, I dont know his name, is a star!!
