This is the only time i wont use superdry again. The coat i ordered was far to big for me, i thought the size would have been perfect, it was, nt. I tried for hours to get information for returning absolutely no joy whatsoever. My daughter spent hours also, but could only manage a store return not in our county of Cornwall, but Devon miles and miles away 1 and a half hours car journey to be precise. I looked up on so many sites all i got was a very unhappy customers phone details for Superdry which was abroad, so i expect i will have charges on my phone for that. Why can you not just put return labels inside your parcels? not to difficult a deal. The puffer coat looked okay, i cannot wear it because it was so big, im stuck with Superdry shame on you for not including return labels, I won't be buying you products ever again. You have no stores in Cornwall at all, perhaps you need to update this. I bought on line, did nt occur to me there would be any issues with a simple return.

Great service from in store at Truro, served by a young man, didn't catch his name, but so very helpful in ordering my jacket for home delivery.

Great customer service and very helpful

Very friendly and obliging staff who allowed us to bring our new puppy inside with us while we shopped. The store is always nice and tidy and they carry a huge variety of garments.

Outstanding service
Having recently bought a Superdry jacket on line, I was having difficulty with the zipper
As I was in Truro today I took it into the Superdry store and was immediately offered an exchange even though I didn’t have a receipt
The customer service was outstanding and I was truly impressed
