I did initially face issues with the website itself... I was unable to activate my sim using the website through my mobile so I had to use my laptop instead, which again showed more issues - however I used the customer service webchat and spoke to Carmen who very quickly and easily resolved my issues. I have been a customer with Superdrug/Superdrug mobile for a long while now and thought I would give some positive feedback especially for their online help desk that are readily available to help with enquiries most days and available Mon/Fri 8am-9pm Saturday: 9am-9pm & Sundays: 10am-9pm! Even there to help you in on Bank Holidays from 10am to 5pm!!! That is excellent I reckon... I also find the advisors are very helpful, they always can help resolve any issues you may have like logging in with a fast period of time, also the are good with answering questions and never rush you with anything. I am happy I only pay a tenner a month with my SIM only plans and receive unlimited calls/texts and 120gb....so it very good for me! Thanks

I signed up for a Superdrug SIM and I added the promo code as requested, however, the full price was displayed at check-out. What I really like about Superdrug Mobile is that you get to speak to a REAL HUMAN in the chat help from their website. When I had initial problems setting up, a real human helped me instantly. And today, when a phone update caused problems, Mateusz fixed the issue and took the time to explain it all and answer my questions, so I'm better placed to fix it next time my phone messes up!
