We apologize for the issues you've experienced with the product controllers and understand how frustrating it must be to spend days troubleshooting without resolving the problem.
We do offer warranty replacements for defective units. However, we see that you have requested a refund. After reviewing your order, we do not see that a controller was purchased from us. Your order included a strip light, connectors, and a power supply.
To verify which item(s) are experiencing issues and need to be returned, please give us a call at 1-866-590-3533 and select Option 3 for Product Support. Alternatively, you may contact us using the email link below.
We have already filed an RMA on your behalf, and once the return has been confirmed, you will receive a separate email with a prepaid return shipping label. After we receive and inspect the returned defective unit, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.

They don't work. I take out an already functioning bulb and replace it with one of these, and I get nothing.

Called about getting the brightest bulb…
Called about getting the brightest bulb for my Ford Ranger. Told about 1's I put on Corolla how pleased I was with those. So Representative hocked me up too a good replacement backup bulb. Can't wait to get and install. Have always been pleasedwith Super Bright Leds. Thank you.
