I had used this company before and was happy with their service - NOT THIS TIME!! They were tardy, unresponsive to enquiries and slow to respond to issues raised.

In August 2021, I asked them to replace the windows to a property I own. We agreed a price and I paid half upfront. So far, so good. However, I was surprised to get a phone call the day before the installation date asking for the balance. When I asked why, I was given some spiel about them not being paid on other jobs after completing the work. Given the fact that I was a repeat customer who had never had an issue with them previously and had always paid, I was stunned at this level of customer service. However, they dug in their heels and refused to budge, so I grudgingly paid up - big mistake!! NEVER PAY IN FULL BEFORE THE WORK IS COMPLETE - walk away instead.

Thankfully, they did turn up to start the work, but that's about the only good thing I can say about them this time round: their timekeeping was poor and we were left waiting around for them to turn up on both days the job was supposed to take. They made a mess at the property, left their materials all over the place - thankfully, there were no children about - and promised to return the following week to fix some bits that they were unable to do at the time. Nearly five months later, I'm still left with a cracked glass pane, missing handle and other bits and bobs. The windows are draughty - apparently they have only fixed the frame with screws and not also used a foam seal like other companies do. And used cheaper, thinner glass (hence why so many panes cracked during installation).

I've spoken with their office several times and when I've eventually got through to a decision-maker, been fobbed off with all day appointments several weeks in advance and a refusal to countenance any time slots. So here we are, in January 2022, with work outstanding on a two day job from 5 months ago. Sadly, this looks like the last time I'll use them.

We are pleased with the doors and windows that we are having fitted at our properties But sometimes we get let down on the morning but they are supposed to be going in and no one phones to let us know i.e. if someone is ill or if it’s a problem but overall with the products it is very good

Replacement front door

Just had Asa and João fitting my replacement front door. Very happy with my new door (to replace a door which developed a fault earlier this year). Both fitters very good and cleaned and tidied up afterwards. Had to wait a little while to receive the new door but satisfied with the replacement.

A lovely job done by the fitters and good service from start to finish. I'm still waiting on my front door but can't see that being a problem and should be fitted before Christmas 😊

Poor quality and awful service. I had several windows and a new porch fitted in February and we’re now in November and there are still several issues outstanding such as debris within the sealed glazed units, damaged external pebble dashing and windows that either don’t open or close due to faulty mechanism. I call to chase this regularly but never receive a call back. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Supaglazing are an absolute joke. The sales guy was lovely and made all these promises, but since paying the deposit I could NOT get hold of them just simply to get an update on our job. The staff are insanely rude, absolutely no decent customer service. I spoke to the manager (I presume), because I was appalled with the service and felt uncomfortable making another payment until I had an update on the next stage of the job, and he was horrendously rude to me and wouldn't even give me his name because he said it was irrelevant. Basically he was just there to bully me into making a payment and had absolutely no care at all for what I was asking for and wouldn't even listen to what I had to say. Honestly, save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Supaglazing fitted all new windows. There were a couple of issues after completion that was raised and not addressed to begin with. After visiting the factory in Strood in kent, Tracy picked up my issues and addressed them and contacted me as promised. I would like to thank Tracy for helping to sort this and contacting me as promised. Well done Tracy for getting back to me each time. Mrs Pyrke

Had my front door fitted by 2 lovely men. It was done within an hour and finished to a very good standard. All rubbish was removed.
The sales lady was really lovely and helpful.

I had four windows (3 large 1 small) replaced by Jack and Perry from Supaglazing. My (old) property proved tough going in the removals process but Jack and Perry did extremely well. The new windows were installed in a timely manner and the making good afterwards was as good as I could have asked for. They were informative along the way and I would recommend them for anyone looking to replace their windows. Very happy customer.

Everything done and cleaned up .
Would recommend Supsglazing and these two chaps to everyone wanting replacement windows and doors

I got abuse and aggression. This was done by a man called Gary. Gary came to my property and was rude, aggressive and very hostile. He threatened me with legal action and said he would get bailiffs down. There was no need for this as all I wanted was what I was promised in the quote. Gary got angry and started taking photos of my car which is very unprofessional!

I would never use this company again because of how I was spoken and treated by Gary, the customer service is shocking and the overall experience was unbelievable.

The whole situation could have been handled in a much calmer way however Gary made the whole situation worse.

All I wanted is what I was quoted for. Do not use.

From initial contact, price quote and fitting Supaglazing were helpful and professional. The whole process and what to expect on fitting day was fully explained. The fitters were tidy, cleaning up as they moved from room to room. Very happy with the finished result. Would use again.

I’ve used this company for my sliding sash windows and front door and they are excellent. Great communication from start to finish. It was a pleasure dealing with Emma. Would highly recommend.

Amazing over the moon with my doors & windows so modern outstanding work no faults.. All checked throughout before they lift & cleaned up to a tidy finish.. One day fitted 7 windows 1 Front door & double patio doors much appreciated

Well phase two of our triple glazing upgrade of the windows and doors in our house, has just been completed. We asked for Shane our Supaglazing salesman to call again to place a further order for two windows, a side door and two sets of patio doors, all to be fitted by Supaglaze. Our meeting went well and we were happy with the price quoted and placed our order. During the next week Ian (Surveyor) arrived and measured up. He was thorough and concise and left a copy of his paperwork for my file.
A few weeks later on the day of fitting our new windows and doors, Jack and Jawall (fitters) arrived promptly and went straight to work. Despite the rain they had two windows out and replaced within a couple of hours, they then went to work on the side door and the two patio doors. When completed, the work was to a very high standard and we were very pleased with the result. They were on site for about 6 hours and didn’t stop for a break, working straight through. They cleared up as they went along and I would thoroughly recommend their work ethic, really good guys. Once completed I was contacted by a pleasant young lady at Head Office and settled the invoice over the phone.
My experience of Supaglazing has to date been, very good. All the staff I have encountered are pleasant, respectful, diligent and customer focused. We will be moving onto the last phase of our upgrading our house in Spring next year when we will have the Porch and bay window replaced.
