It was very easy to navigate the website. The deal was incomparable to other holiday websites. I had that hotel in my mind and i was very happy to find the place I wanted at such a good price. Thank you.

Fito Aqua Bleu Resort, beautiful situated directly at the beach of Potokaki, near Pythagorion.
First of all: the personnel – they were só friendly and helpful, nothing was too much for all of them and they did everything with a smile; from here: thank you very much to all of you!!
Secondly: the complex – looked like new, very clean with beautiful and carefully maintained garden and swimming pool.
Last but not least: the breakfast – there was everything a normal person could wish for; fresh, tasty and accompanied with a lot of personnel to assist, clean the tables and provide coffee on the table as much as you like.
Needless to say that we will certainly be coming back as soon as possible, for the beautiful green island that Samos is (with all those beautiful flowers in May) and for the marvellous hotel with its employees who we are missing very much already.

Holidays it self was ok

Disappointed with the customer service! Very misleading information on destination causing big issue on our travel. Customer service doesn’t want to take any responsibility for misleading customers! Not sure if I would recommend due to poor customer service.

User experience is great.

+++ Nice deal for a one week ski holiday in Saint-François-Longchamp (France). Apartment, ski-pass and internet access included.
++ Also parking space included. Though ... some (Dutch) drivers need to learn how to park into parking space.
+++ Nice location to stay.
+++ Nearby slopes.
-- Very poor internet. I needed to use own internet connection from provider @ home.
=> I needed to contact Sunweb to get internet issue resolved. It took some (2 months), but finally I got satisfying solution.

sunweb has a real scam going on.

you assume you can check prices and its not confirmed until you pay like any other website.

but then you start getting pay warnings and they will try their best to intimidate you to pay.

somtimes they will succeed but so you know that this is illegal and they cant make you pay.

i replay to your replay.
... so also my son who is 8 yrs old can make this reservation.
it makes no sense that you can make a booking without a paying method and then you have to pay 2200 euro to cancel it.
it is defently not legal as a web store law.

I was only LOOKING for a holiday and on EVERY website for holidays you can check everything that is included and the holiday is booked after you pay. I didn’t pay anything, didn’t give my card details and I now receive an email that I have booked and cannot cancel without a £685 fee which I surely will not pay!!! It is ridiculous, I was only looking around, I will NEVER book from here!

I booked a trip to Crete with Sunweb and was totally satisfied with the service. Very easy booking process. All information about the trip was sent to me in advance, everything was arranged in a great way and according to our agreement. Can definitely recommend the company

We went to Hurghada, Egypt for 10 days.
The Sunweb crew was just amazing. Souad was always helping and answering every question with a big smile. This girl is fantastic. We went on 2 excursions booked via Sunweb. It is the best way to have a stress-free vacation. The Sunweb guys were there making sure we are safe, happy and comfy. A big shout out to Felo and George! These two are incredible. My kids are still talking about the coolest guides ever!

I made the booking 5601491 today. As soon as i made the booking ,i realized that instead of august i made the booking in june.i candeled The booking right away online ,5 minutes after i made it .they say in their site that you can cancel your booking free of charge the first 3 days. I called their customer service and explained,and asked for what options i had ,if they could rebook an other booking with the same amount of money ,if they could cancel the cancellation and to do the trip in june ,or if they could refund the full amount.
They gave me 0 options ,they did nothing for me .
They only said you will receive the 112€ back and they will keep the 500€.
And i called them in a few minutes after i made the booking not after weeks or months.
NEVER AGAIN ,TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.they just f**ked my vacations and i will not go anywhere

Our 600-euro deposit fee was withdrawn by accident instead of being used to make a reservation on the credit card. Of course, mistakes can happen. Perhaps it had something to do with having only one person at the reception desk and a line of 50+ people waiting to check in. But that aside, after multiple attempts to resolve the issue (kudos to Sunweb for their assistance), the money has still not been transferred. The management keeps making excuses and delaying the refund. I would never recommend this place. What was supposed to be a week of fun turned into almost three months of irritation to get our own money back.

And I haven’t even mentioned the additional fee for 'bed covers'—if you can even call them that. I don’t think 'scammers' is quite the right word, but it's definitely something close to it. You'd be better off spending your money elsewhere than at this company.

Hotel Evaldo in Arabba was good, friendly people and exellent food. Also perfect service with car to and from the piste. Also perfect that the ski elevators were incloded in the package

The appartements we booked in Flaine ( las Gemeaux) were a very pleasant surprise. Spacious, light an well equiped. Both studios as appartement were really pleasant to stay. Well situated for slopes and for the most essential stores. Flaine is also a very pleasant village. Everything well organized as well. We will be back !

Perfect short ski trip in Sölden. The hotel was amazing and booking was very smooth. We had a great time, no hiccups, hence the 5 star review.
