I have been a Suno member for 9 months. Suno struggles mightily to follow instructions when creating new music from an existing demo. For example, I have had to create literally dozens of clips just... See more

I am unhappy with the service
I am writing this review because I have been unable to get a response from support. I purchased a subscription in April, but my account has not yet been upgraded to reflect this. I have sent multiple emails to support regarding this issue but have not received a reply.
Could someone please look into this or provide an alternative way for me to resolve this billing discrepancy? I would appreciate your help in getting this sorted out. Thank you
Everything went wrong
Everything went wrong. Since first week of paying yearly subscription, problem started. Launched first complaint on 6th June but problem still there and now the SUNO SUPPORT TEAM, does not reply my several emails. Simply they dont coz its already paid. What a sick way of dealing with customers.
I paid for a Suno subscription through…
I paid for a Suno subscription through Apple, but my subscription was never activated.
I contacted customer support multiple times and provided everything they requested, including my Apple Order ID and proof of purchase. Instead of receiving help, I repeatedly got what appeared to be the same automated AI responses asking for information I had already provided.
Despite several attempts to resolve the issue, no human support agent ever addressed my case or took ownership of it.
In the end, Apple—not Suno—resolved the problem by issuing me a full refund.
The product itself may be good, but customer support was extremely disappointing. If something goes wrong with your subscription or payment, don’t expect timely or personalized assistance. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Suno.
I've I'm a Pro subscriber and overall I…
I've I'm a Pro subscriber and overall I think Suno is an impressive AI music platform with excellent sound quality and creative potential. However, there is one major issue that seriously affects the experience for paying customers: **credit transparency**.
The entire Pro subscription is based on credits, yet there is currently no way to see a detailed history of how those credits are used.
I contacted Suno Support after my 2,500 monthly credits were exhausted much sooner than I expected. I asked for a breakdown of my credit usage and wanted to understand how my credits had been consumed.
The response I received was disappointing. Support confirmed that:
* There is **no detailed credit history** available for users.
* There is **no transaction log** showing how many credits each generation or feature consumed.
* Support themselves **cannot provide a per-generation breakdown** of credit usage.
* They also cannot verify exactly where the credits were spent.
As a paying customer, I find this unacceptable. If a service charges users with a credit-based system, there should be complete transparency showing:
* Every generation.
* Every feature used.
* The exact number of credits charged for each action.
* A complete credit history available inside the account.
Without this information, customers have no way to verify whether their credits were deducted correctly or understand how they reached zero.
I appreciate that Suno continues to improve the platform, and I genuinely enjoy using it. However, transparency around billing and credit usage is a basic expectation for any paid subscription.
I hope Suno addresses this issue soon because it is currently one of the biggest weaknesses of an otherwise excellent product.
Money down the drain
There are absolutely no words to express my disappointment with Suno, on which I’ve spent my money all these years. I’ve been with them practically since the very beginning, and this is what it’s come to. I believed that each new version would be better than the last. Now I’m listening to my music from versions 3.5 and realise what a mess Suno 5 and Suno 5.5 have turned into. To be fair, I haven’t used any other music-generation services, so I’ve got nothing to compare it with.
The latest update to 5.5 has definitely gone in the wrong direction. Now, you can’t create any music of your own; even if you’ve uploaded your own tracks, you simply won’t be able to make an enhanced cover like you used to. It just cuts out the entire instrumental, and the vocals are bound to be distorted to such an extent that it no longer sounds like your voice. I spent thousands of credits on a cover of a single track, and it was all a waste. Neither the settings nor negative prompts work; nothing works at all, not even specifying genres. Suno has its own idea of genres and instruments that bears no relation to reality. You can specify one thing – it’ll sound like something completely different. It’s like reading tea leaves, and NO ONE will refund your credits; there are no refunds even if you receive a faulty track that sounds like noise – you still pay for it. You pay either way. Do you think 2,500 credits are enough? In the end, with my subscription plan, I’m overpaying by 5–6 times for extra credits. But even that makes no sense. Nothing there makes any sense. Versions 5 and 5.5 simply produce the same faceless, awful tracks, whilst with older versions – for example, 4 and 4.5 – which can generate interesting motifs, you simply won’t be able to improve the quality.
I’d like to mention separately the utterly ridiculous voice verification system, which will undoubtedly drive you mad by the time you’ve managed to verify your voice. And then – Suno will simply sing in its own voice instead of yours, a voice that doesn’t even resemble yours in timbre. Even if you’re a singer and record a high-quality vocal track using a professional microphone, Suno will simply produce a dreadful neural voice for you. They actually have voice archetypes that any vocal performance inevitably ends up resembling.
I’d like to say a few words about the ‘support’ team, who never once replied to me! Not once! All these years, I’ve been left to deal with my problems on my own. It feels as though this system runs itself and somehow just exists, and there’s simply no one real on the other end.
Learn to make music, dont use AI
It might be a useful tool, but no matter hard you defend it, you just cant get away with it. Music has survived without AI for centuries. Go and learn the craft the right way, yes the right way. AI is for losers with no ambition to improve their music journey. Even the slightest bit of help with AI is wrong.

Services unrendered/no support/poor customer service
Sunos app and website would not allow me to upgrade from pro to premiere, so I contacted their customer service. After several weeks of no response, I messaged them again and asked for clarity. Then Suno cancelled my annual subscription 6 months in and didn't refund me. Over a month later and they still won't respond or refund. All because I asked to upgrade to premiere. The emails I did get were from their support email but it's just AI telling me it's up to the billing department. Billing have never once responded to me.
Everything is Copyrighted
Can't upload anything because it's all apparently "copyrighted". Even if I made some specific songs that don't exist anywhere but my PC. But somehow it is copyrighted. Support says that is normal, but they can't really do anything about it.

I like all of the songs that I generated using Suno so far. However, I don't like how they got rid of the feature where I give Suno a song prompt and it gives me two songs based on that prompt. That feature is way better than what they have right now.
Used to be fine I enjoyed it
Used to be fine I enjoyed it, but after applying 60 second limit, it is pointless to deal with SUNO anymore. Game is over....

I have spent ALOT of money on my subscriptions and under my subscription, I believe I have commercial rights to the music I created, but I can't access my account to retrieve it. "I've invested hundreds of dollars into Suno because I take my music seriously. I created work under my paid subscription, and being unable to access my account has prevented me from moving forward with my music. If I were trying to release or promote my work, not having access to my own account would have real consequences."I take my music seriously and I lost access to my account because I changed phone numbers. Not realizing id have such a hard time logging back into suno..I have been trying to get proper support since may and still I have no access to my account. This is absolutely the worst support team and I highly not use this platform.if looking for a site to create.
I genuinely loved Suno
I genuinely loved Suno. I spent 30 hours building a library of 140 songs, exploring styles and prompts in ways I hadn't expected. It became a real creative practice. I paid for Pro without hesitation because the product earned it.
Then I got locked out. No warning. My library vanished. Support located my account, confirmed everything was intact, and said they were escalating it. That was the last I heard. Weeks of follow-ups, no response, new support thread, no response. Suno kept charging me for Pro while I had free-tier access. The playlist URL eventually stopped working. I still don't know if my library exists.
Great product. Zero accountability when something goes wrong.
I subscribed to Suno hoping to create…
I subscribed to Suno hoping to create traditional Christian hymns, but the model keeps adding rock drums, electric guitars, and pop-style arrangements even when I explicitly instruct it not to. My prompts clearly specify: no drums, no electric guitar, piano and violin only, solemn hymn style, yet these instructions are frequently ignored. Please give users much stronger control over instrumentation and musical style. If I ask for a traditional church hymn, I should not receive a rock or pop song.

Very poor experience with Suno.
I paid for credits, but the AI keeps ignoring clear instructions. I have repeatedly asked for one single voice only in my songs, with no backing vocals, no second voice, and no doubled vocals. Still, the system keeps generating results that do not follow what I asked for. Because of that, I have wasted more than 300 credits.
What makes it even worse is the lack of support. I have contacted Suno, sent messages and emails, but I do not get a proper answer or any real help. They are happy to take money for their model, but when paying users need support, it feels like they are just ignored.
That is completely unacceptable. When people pay for a service, they should get proper support, clear answers, and fair compensation when the system keeps failing. Right now, this feels like a big middle finger to the people who actually pay for credits.
Very bad service, very poor support, and a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend paying for this unless they start taking customer support seriously.
Unable to login to paid annual subscription
It has been three weeks and I am still unable to login to my paid annual subscription.
When you complain you get AI responses which are useless.
If you pay for an annual subscription you lose your money and have no recall. AVOID SUNO at all costs - Only use the free service!

At first I enjoyed SUNO and found it easy to use. After a couple of months into to my premium paid for the year membership, it stopped allowing me access. I reached out to customer service 5 times, their legal 3 times and tech support 4 times, after 2 months and a lawsuit threat, someone reached out to me and to,d me their was 2 accounts and that I was logging into the free account. That brought up a whole set of other questions of concern on the sites security. In the end, they still have not fixed my issue nor reponded to my recent 3 request.
Ghosted by Customer Service
