I've sued them through the UK small claims court but because they are lying about their UK address in Swansea no papers can be served on them.
I was due £500, for my original payment of £250 plus on line money claims costs etc. Don't even bother to think you will be able to recover your costs if you sue them as they are using a small cafe in Wales as their head office :-(
Thanks Richard for sharing the num below I ordered 3 days ago and it got it safely thanks for your experience this might help others also appreciate

I paid £100 Inc postage for what I'm not going to divulge but I hasten to say I was robbed with the excuse my package was held up in London city airport via Nord Post services and that I needed to pay £300 to release my goods otherwise it would be opened and handed to the police, ahhh I've just informed Ivar at Sum bright to liaise with Nord post and get my goods delivered, sharpish, at the Mo they're a Scam if I receive my goods I will update 🤬🤬⚒️🏴
Thanks so much for the reviews I was going to use these scammers Thank you
Scam company this site should be shutdown for many reasons it’s been a while this site is taking people money and don’t deliver I’ll rather direct you guy to this man that helped me to get my meds I’ll put his Infos at the top
Scam, avoid like the plague. If paying by PayPal, they ask you to put through money as ‘friends and family’ so you can’t claim it back/open a claim or dispute with PayPal, and then say they’re having trouble accessing their PayPal account so they can’t refund you. They pretend they have a base in your country, which they do not. Avoid!
This is the worst company for greedy scams, so please do not order from them as they steal your money. What l ordered was for my daughter as they have medication she needed and she has a specialist Dr, but change of address meant she needed to buy online until saw her new Dr. ADHD medication is difficult to purchase online. Had the company been honest l wouldn't have mentioned that the order never arrived. They stole my payment and then asked for 300.00 refundable insurance and the company never existed. They wanted more money so please avoid.
Scam, scam, scam, already took money for tablets now tryna say they need £300 to pay customs but it’s “refundable”. Same way they said their would t be any issues with the delivery and now their is. 100% avoid if 110% a scam ppl but be as daft as I was.
100% a scam. After paying money, you will be given a fake tracking number for ‘ lead global logistic’. 2 days later, you parcel will be on hold by the airport custom for violating the policy. If you have checked the tracking number given, and minus the last digit one by one, you would realise all customers suffered from the similar tactic.
I’m reporting it to cyber police for the scam.
Latest email from them- they explained to us that your package has been seized by customs while on transit for nonpayment of the insurance fee. So, you have to make the payment of £300 to enable them to insure the package and proceed with the delivery to your address.
And be noted the lead global logistic is an empty shell company which doesn’t ship.
The saying is if it is too good to be true it usually is. I looked it up yesterday and I was explaining to them that I had been on ADHD meds for a decade and a half and I'm in school full time and I'd like to work but I'm barely functioning because I don't have any medication. And they're like we totally understand your predicament. Well, really you should go to the store right now and load your PayPal card. I wish I could tell them they should rot in hell. Honestly? Please stand Nigeria don't come to America we don't need any more scumbags
Scammers
I wasted nearly 3000 pounds with this company and ended up calling the police and action fraud. They will milk you for unlimited amounts of money and you will receive nothing for your cash. They don’t accept anything other than Bitcoin or moneygram sending to someone called Raul Etoga in Camaroon. They make out they are based in your country but actually they are based in Timbuktu or Nigeria or some place like that. Avoid this company at all costs. They will start by changing insurance at customs that they say you will get back. Then next they will say you have to pay town council or municipality money. It doesn’t exist in the uk. Check their logistics companies they don’t exist. The whole thing is a massive scam from start to finish. If you ask about these reviews they say they are from other pharmaceutical companies out to get them. Trust me they’re not.
I would give zero stars if there was an option. I placed an order for some pills - was given clear, friendly instructions via their chat box to pay £97 in different (unconventional) ways (1st warning, which I should have taken more notice of), including WorldRemit, which I used. The payment was to an address in Cameroon - 2nd BIG warning, which I ignored due to the nature of the transaction. There was then some to-and-fro about the payment (3rd warning) but the money cleared and I could see it was collected and I received an order tracking number which, when I checked the link they sent, showed all was in process - sigh of relief. Today I received notification that the order is held up in customs and I must pay £300 in "insurance" which they said is refundable - at this point I woke up and realised it's a scam, and wishing them well in a few expletives, I wrote off £97.
