We chose Sunbright Energy on the basis of reviews in TrustPilot and, now that the work has been completed, feel fully justified in our choice. Staffordshire is not exactly just around the corner from Kent but distance has proved to be no object and the work has been completed today to our total satisfaction. We look forward to seeing how well the system operates and what savings we make over the coming weeks. All of Oliver’s team members have been capable, efficient, tidy and highly personable guys who have got on with the work with a minimum of fuss. Communications with Oliver himself have been regular and reliable throughout the project and the few problems which we encountered with timings were quickly resolved. Probably not the cheapest company out there, but, as they say, you get what you pay for. We would recommend Sunbright Energy to others without hesitation.

Absolutely superb service from Oliver and the Sunbright team. From the outset Oliver was far more interested in providing the optimum specification for our home rather than simply making a sale. He came and met with us and answered all of our very many questions, talked through possible options and delivered what we and he believe to be the right solution for us which is tailored to our lifestyle and house configuration rather than an off the shelf, one size fits all, take it or leave it package. His installation team were a great bunch of guys - polite, tidy, quick and very professional. Electricians installed the batteries and inverter in a couple of hours and the roofers installed the panels in just over half a day. Oliver checked in after installation and ensured we understood how our set up works including directing us to an online App to monitor system performance. A full set of equipment and performance warranties were included. In a rapidly expanding solar panel market, potentially full of cowboys looking to make a fast buck, it was a real pleasure to find someone like Oliver who puts good relationships and first class service at the very heart of his business. Highly recommended.

I was given a lot of advice about the choice of system and very good explanation on all aspects.
The installation engineers were professional and did a good job.
I did have a small problem with the system afterwards and the guys came back promptly to investigate and rectify my issue.

I had given consideration to solar panels in the past after purchasing an electric vehicle 5 years ago but was put off by complicated & expensive fixing. A neighbour recently recommended Sunbright & I was impressed by the "bucket" system he had on a flat roof.
After the initial contact with Oliver, the process of quoting, a quick survey & booking in was effortless & installation on our loft flat roof is now complete. The south facing units now provide us with enough electricity to hopefully eliminate any future electricity bills.

The installation was ridiculously quick and headed up by Matt, who stayed behind to finish off installing the hub and battery. He took me through everything. He even came back to check something that was completely unrelated to the solar panel installation just to make sure we were still okay. You don't get that with most companies.

I was surprised how quickly they installed from my first enquiry. The team fitted an 18 panel system with batter in just less than a day, just 3 weeks after my initial enquiry. They were knowledgeable and practical. An excellent service all round. They are a small local company and before paying a 50% deposit, I checked them out at Companies House (free) as well as a freehold title search on their property (owned by Oliver's dad).

I can only say positive things about Oliver and Sunbright. It has been refreshing to work with someone so invested in his company, focused towards completing our project quickly and to a high standard. Oliver is incredibly efficient and always accessible.

I have not previously experienced the kind of efficiency and pace that Oliver works at before. It is refreshing and he deserves to do well as a result. I have no hesitation recommending Oliver and Sunbright.
