Playing for over 25 years never won more than £100 have never won in a link game, so sorry don't tell me its random, also far too clickey and majority of host are rude and obnoxious. Amazes me how same winners daily, surely no one's luck in every day, needs reporting

On 2.6 informed sunbingo account balance of 240 on closed account. Sent new ID and details of account to send balance to. 4th June after 6 emails got ID accepted. 6th June told ID was blurry and rejected. A few more emails and days waiting got email from stefan and payment team confirming ID acceptable and bacs payment sent Inc confirmation codes.... 11th June email rejecting ID and asking me to log in, the account is closed they told me this I original email and its included in all email threads.
Confused staff, confusing information given. Rude staff on phone with no option to speak to any other department or level of support staff. Spoke to bank to see if there is any pending bacs payment, none they can see. All information suggests that the payment should be showing to bank staff.
They make it hard as possible to withdraw, I am logging all the communication even tho sunbingo start new threads to confuse situation and informed them that I will be escalating to financial ombudsman and and Gambling Commission if the issue isn't resolved correctly. They stated balance, they accepted ID, now they acting like they paying from own pocket. Maybe support team as given incentives not to resolve these types of issues.
JUST AN UPDATE TO COMPLETE THE NARRATIVE.
After sending my ID to several different staff, all of which passed to next department, I kept being told ID failed verification. I asked for exact details of why it kept failing, what details were unreadable (as a driving licence has some very small print) and if I could arrange a video call so they could see my face and in a continuous shot, see the ID.
This prompted a senior customer manager to advise that the bacs payment would reach my account within the 10 days, honouring the previous email and I no longer needed to provide photo ID unless I wished to continue using the service. No after all this headache!!
I did receive the money and after sending 6 more photos of me holding my ID at arms length, from a variety of phone cameras, digital cameras and lap top... I am still unable to provide an acceptable photo so guess I'll never use sun bingo again. Ashame as Sun Bingo/ Vegas has so of the best slots and generally pay out promptly.

all i can say is you can deposit a lot of money on sun bingo there slots are awful you can play 200 pounds to win back a tiny fraction its not a nice experience because then you dont seem like its a fair play i have been playing on sun bingo for 11 years i have never really won anything worth winning they do tend to be all take and not really giving back its a shame because it used to be one of the best sites but other sites really are more fair and you do enjoy playing on fair sites they have a bad name among many players you would think they would want to change that

Every single time the dealer has a 15, he comes back with either a 17 or a 21.. like... every single time. 90% of my cards were either 12, 13, 14, 15 or 16. I would love to be proven wrong on that. Dealer had a triple 7 at one point to get a 21 and beat all of my 20 cards. Funny.

It's told me 10 day approval show my withdrawal after it's told me 10 day more receive my withdrawal

Been playing with sun bingo for years. Never had a problem with withdrawals always hit my account within a hour or so. Yesterday I won a nice amount and waited patiently for 24hours. Have now been told got to wait back from payment team could be an extra 24hours to see what the hold up is.

Thought i would share my experience as there are si many bad reviews but my experience was 👏.
From £10 I managed to get my balance up2 over £900....i then withdrew £900 and waited for sun bingo to process my withdrawal, I thought id have to wait awhile for the funds to go into my bank or that id have hoops to jump through to get them to release the funds( due to all the bad reviews I read on here) but not even an hour later I got an email to say they had processed my withdrawal.
Rang my bank and the money was in so 10/10 from me xx

Ok, so I have been on this site YEARS! Play slots because I never win on bingo.. EVERY SINGLE WEEK I put in the maximum amount - set by sun bingo at £250 a week….. EVERY WEEK , week in week out, I spend this in one day (it’s not hard to) never ever win nothing!!! Of course it’s very small amounts when I do…, nothing that I can’t withdraw…. It’s horrendous!
