I ordered a pump on Tuesday the 7th of April at 11am and was told it would be guaranteed delivery the next Day. The pump never arrived until Thursday afternoon. when it did arrive the pipe was not with it. When I contacted them I was told it would be coming that day it never arrived. It arrived Friday afternoon the connector to the pump was not with it and this did not arrive till Saturday morning. Due to the delay it has cost me nearly £600 pounds as I was paying for a digger and a dumper and a man and we were unable to do anything. I rang numerous times and many times my calls were ignored and I had to borrow other phones to ring and then my call would be answered. All I kept getting told was it was not their fault but the courier company but obviously it is their fault as they choose to use them. I was told by a member of their staff that 9 out of 10 times their equipment arrives on time, so they know that the courier company fails at least 1 out of 10 times yet you still guarantee next day delivery. For all this hassle, cost and poor customer service all I was offered in compensation was the £70 delivery charge returned which I still am yet to receive never mind anything else for all the costs that were incurred
