Product delivered well within the given time frame and was easy to assemble. It also blended in with some existing garden furniture, which is why we bought it.

This is the complaint I shared regards my purchase of a wooden triple bin store:

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the wooden triple bin store I recently purchased from your company. Unfortunately, the product arrived with multiple serious defects, and I have had to carry out extensive remedial work to make it functional.
The issues encountered include:
The doors and lids required cutting to fit correctly.
The timber slats were misaligned and did not match the advertised product.
The main frame was twisted and unstable, requiring the construction of an internal subframe for support.
The ironmongery supplied was of extremely poor quality — parts were either defective or unusable and had to be replaced.
Despite being installed on a completely level surface, the unit could not function correctly without the addition of internal support legs to allow the lids to open properly.
I have attached photographs clearly showing these issues and the work required to rectify them.
These faults indicate a fundamental failure in quality control and have caused significant inconvenience, time loss, and additional expense.
Given the circumstances, I am requesting appropriate compensation for the time and money wasted in correcting what should have been a properly manufactured product.

The company replied with passive aggressive emails. We have never received compensation nor an apology. Please be cautious before purchasing from this company. Our experience has been very poor.

The structure is well-designed. At first glance, it appears thin, but it is actually very stable. During assembly, it became clear how well thought-out the design is. The shape and design of the components are excellent. I’m very glad I chose this product.

The only issue was with the delivery. I first received the gutter parts on the promised date, and then the canopy itself arrived three days later. I believe this could have been avoided with better communication.

Despite this, it still deserves 5 stars.
The frame is light yet strong – I hope it will also prove to be durable over time.

Ordered Wednesday, delivered Friday, constructed in less than an hour Sunday, plants flourishing Monday. Confident, having bought from Summer Garden Buildings previously, and not disappointed with quality, service, or overall service.

Great product, helpful staff, great delivery.

Ordered and delivered the next week, great service and delivery was prompt, everything came in 3 separate parcels but really happy with everything.

I purchased the 7x8 metal shed which is a good design, however the panels are of very thin steel and on arrival several had damaged corners caused by poor packaging and handling.
Not wanting to go through any return process I fixed the panels with pliers in order to complete the assembly but was unable to hide the fact that damage had ocurred.
Sadly Summer Garden Buildings made no offer of compensation although they did replace a broken handle.

No roof stable bars nor on the sides. Poly windows are fragile. WILL EASY BLOWOUT. Twisted bars, Which would not line up. Green house held together 90% self tapping screws. I employed a professional installer. Who remarked "You get what you pay for.

This is my honest review!!

Well what a surprise when it arrived I thought it was going to be cheap and nasty but then opened up the box to find a well designed product, simple instructions to follow and even easier to erected so very pleased would recommend it pure quality.

loved the garden seat once it was built. Looks great next to our apple tree.

Minor problem was that the Spanner supplied was absolutely useless for some of the nuts as it needed filing down to fit in between the bars. Got my own ring spanner to sort it out.

Good product, takes more than the expected 1 1/2 hours to put together. Instructions are not the clearest.

ordered a bench from summer garden buildings and it came within 24 hours. It was as described and took less than an hour to assemble with all parts included. excellent service and happy with the bench.

Do not buy from this Company, go elsewhere. Had parts missing from unboxing. Wood was damaged on arrival and screws missing. The ‘wood’ itself (if you can call it that) is so thin and spongy I suspect it will rot out within 12 months in most gardens.

Unable to receive any missing bolts as customer service is just rude and claims no wrong doing. Had to fix myself and in the process made it stronger and better then what is provided. Avoid them and go elsewhere, they might be ‘cheap’ but what they provide is somehow still not worth the money.

Not sure who this ‘wife’ is you talk off. Very much unmarried.
