Luis M is a super hero! He was so helpful, professional, patient...words cannot express how thankful and impressed I am of Luis and Sugar Sync! He stayed on the phone with me for over an hour helping me fix what I messed up. lol. He was able to jump on my computer, walk me step by step through the whole process...and verified everything was done as requested. Sugar Sync is an amazing system that we have used for approximately 15 years. But what makes it even better is the support from Luis! He is top shelf! Thank you!!!!!!

I've been using SugerSync for years. Not only does it give me a cloud backup for all my files--especially handy when my house burns down--but it also puts identical files on all my computers--so when I sit down at my computer at home or at my office or on the road, I always have the same files to work with.

I've stuck with SugarSync so long that I've got my files backed up for the last 15 years, and I never have to worry about them except when I get a letter from the IRS.

Sugar Sync might be a little pricier than most, but you can't beat getting a customer service rep ON THE PHONE. Installing the latest Apple operating system screwed up (of course) many of my apps, Sugar Sync included, so I called for some help. Luis was the best. Kind and patient, he walked me through it all. Great experience.

SugarSync is easy to use and has never let me down. As soon as I add or modify a document or file on my computer it is available on my iPad and iPhone. Used it for years!

I would like to be able to access email links in my stored documents. Will that featured be available soon?

I've used Sugarsync to keep track of my small business and personal files for over 10 years. I appreciate having a cloud source not owned by Ap*le to store my files on. It's also great to be able to access my files from any of my devices. If I ever have a glitch, they have excellent live support. A rare thing now days to have actual LIVE support from a tech person who knows their stuff and can communicate in ENGLISH.

Louis M. was everything a customer service technician should be. Patient, knowledgeable, and personable. He walked this old man through the process of managing files and waited until I got it right. He's a credit to your company

Quick response to a complicated situation.

Luis was fantastic. He explained the details of how my files are synchronized with your system and also recommended that I backup two copies of my primary folder daily. This of course will prevent against any massive viral attack. This is a wonderful and necessary feature, a feature that I was not aware of.

Luis M, senior tech support for Sugarsync spent 2hr 40 min on the phone (and remote session on my Mac computer) with me troubleshooting an issue I have where Firefox .png screenshots are not being uploaded to Sugarsync properly. This issue has popped up only in the last 6 months or so. He was able to identify the problem and show me a command in terminal that fixes the issue. He is going to liaise with the development team to try to implement a patch to fix this issue. Luis is super friendly and knowledgeable with a very logical approach to troubleshooting. He stayed back late after work to ensure the issue was resolved. I have used Sugarsync for over 10 years. I am extremely impressed with the support (and the software of course).

I reckon I've been using SugarSync for at least 18 years. It is now a mature, stable, and reliable product, indispensable for those who need to maintain replicated folder structures across multiple Windows devices.

It's also nice to be able to access my files on non-Windows devices.

A colleague shared a folder with me. My email is info@... I learned after too much time -- trying to reset password, trying different browsers, then waiting a long time for live chat -- that SS does not allow sharing with email addresses that are info@ or support@. But my colleague was not alerted/warned of this "rule!" BIG timewaster/money waster. SS needs to post a big alert or, better yet, program an alert to pop up. Jeez!

Solved, finally, thanks to chat guy by using a personal email account.

Very stable, easy to use, and never ever failed to sync files. have used it for +5 years now.
