I've been using Sugar Sync for many years. It backs up everything on any device with ease and doesn't interfere with anything else I am doing. I love that I have access to my files no matter what device I am on and it is all organized. It also makes transferring files to a new computer much easier.

It operates pretty much invisibly in the background. When I suffered a catastrophic Windows 10 update wiping all the local files on my laptop, SugarSync meant I lost nothing, and got the laptop bark to work in a matter of minutes rather than days.

A year or two ago I was having problems with files not syncing to the SugarSync cloud. There was no indication of problems on their web page, and submissions to Customer Support yielded no (as in zero) response, leading me to believe SugarSync had gone out of business. Eventually I heard from someone who apologized, reported the problem as resolved (it was) and let me know that SugarSync was aware of these shortcomings and working to improve their service and response time.
Fast forward to earlier this year when I was having trouble accessing my web page. I submitted a ticket and heard back within a few hours that they were experiencing a problem and would let me know when it was resolved. I received a few updates along the way, and sure enough, I heard from someone once they cleared the issue. It was like dealing with a completely different company.
I'm glad I hung in there with them. I love the app, the pricing options, and the support, and I'd tell anyone looking for cloud storage to give the "new" SugarSync a shot. You won't be disappointed.

Sugar sync simply works, it covers every aspect of cloud storage with features way ahead of other services. extremely stable app on iOS and macOS. I've used it continuously for radio show production for years now. You know if you need filed pulled down for production its there instantly!

Have used SugarSync for 7-8 years to ensure data is aligned across IPhone, IMac, MacBook and IPad. It has always worked well and is simple to use
Recently SugarSync failed to work on my MacBook and IMac saying last update had not worked correctly.
I contacted the Help Service and reported the issue
While waiting I decided to just download the latest version to each device and try again. That worked
After having fixed my issue I received a response from the Help team which basically detailed the procedure I followed and some “tidy” operations. I have saved the procedure in case the problem re- occurs

It is a good cloud service, different from the competition. Synchronizing any folder on your PC makes a difference

I have used this program for many years and find it relatively user friendly to set in order to sync files across different computers and my smartphone.

1, Allows you to access the computer anywhere you have Internet availability, without constantly synchronizing, the user only requires 10 minutes at first use to decide which folders are synchronized: Documents, music, images on the computer ... Then the program synchronizes alone and constantly
2 For students or people who work as a team it allows you to share images, folders, files with a single click, without having the application or installing the program as it happens with other services
3 It allows creating security folders, which is ideal for people who work as a team: Example I synchronize a dropbox folder in the application and it creates backup copies every 1 week, three days and thus I keep previous versions of the entire folder
4 It allows you to quickly download folders to the computer, allowing you to: Download backup copies, work remotely easily
5 Synchronization with the cell phone, tablet is the easiest I have seen that exists is immediate, I should not be pending to update the new

I'm perfectly satisfied with SugarSync and I'm even interested in buying a subscription as a gift to a friend!

SugarSync is my "go to" file sharing platform. It's easy to use and loaded with handy features. I used the "public link," "briefcase," and "web archive" features all the time. I also use the mobile app to automatically back up my smartphone pictures.

I've used SugarSync for years. It has given me access to any devices and/or folders no matter where I am. We spend time in the US and Europe, so it makes working on projects--both work and home--easy and worry-free. The interface is simple and easy to use. The application is smart, allowing me to choose which folders and/or desktops to include or exclude. Sweet!

We have been a SugarSync customer for years. I think I have only called Tech Support twice. Recently, we had a problem which was our fault. Tech Support was very patient working with us to fix our snafu. They lead us to the solution. Thank you SugarSync

I've been using SugarSync for 6 years. I love MagicBriefcase for files my wife & I need to be up to date, and we both make changes to them. Like that I can access files on my Windows computer & my MAC & my Android phones seamlessly.

I have used Sugarsync for the past 5 years. Every year before renewal, I look at what is on the market and always select Sugrasync. The robustness of the software is excellent. All of my devices are kept in sync. I would recomend highly.

I’m surprised that SugarSync is not better known as it has distinct advances of other cloud storage facilities. Maybe it’s because it’s more expensive, but it is so much simpler to use, particularly if you have multiple computers and network drives.

Had a problem with syncing to MacBook which it turns out was because of an Apple update. I emailed SS, had a reply in about 12 hours with step by step instructions on how to rectify fault and stop it happening again. Very happy.

My only reservation about giving SugarSync a 5 star rating is the length of time it took for me to receive a response. Apart from that your help was excellent.

Have been a SugarSync user for years. Had one of my systems refuse to boot two days ago. Purchased a new system at nearby computer store. Installed SugarSync and downloaded backup files (easy with SugarSynch). Was in full operation again the next day after system froze up. I run three systems, and all have SugarSynch installed.
