I was blocked outta my account when I tried to withdraw $500 & also redeem $200 from Juwa. I have been using them for over a year and never had issues like this until now. The customer support just keeps starting over and it's very frustrating to have to keep repeating what's wrong over and over then they tell ya to do something and as soon as you do the chat ends and you have to start the process over again!! Its been 2 days and still can't access my money. When I asked what my balance was they informed me I had no money!!! So where did my money go? They been having to many technical issues lately as they say. But where is my money. Bad company when they dont help.
