Ordered great service always willing to personalised my milkshake… my son loves there cookie dough and Oreo milkshake

Ordered dessert all came stone cold the two cornflake cakes the portion is tiny asf and the cookie dough came burnt what a bag of crap

Will not be ordering again. I ordered 2 milkshakes at 9.10pm - expected delivery 9.45pm. Messages just eat at 10.10pm to advise this order was not delivered and reported this again at 10.30pm, requesting a refund. The delivery driver phoned at 11.10pm to advise he was outside ?? This is unacceptable - and what was he doing for 70 minutes as the shop shut at 10pm? The milkshakes would have been ruined by then.

I recently ordered some cake boxes and boards. I was a bit dubious because of the reviews on here.
Have to say that I received my parcel quickly and was well packaged.
Good quality product with competitive pricing - would definitely use again :)

I purchased a tin of assorted Lindt chocolates on line via Amazon from Sugar Shack. On inspection the tin was damaged. After numerous email exchanges and photos sent, as a good will gesture I was offered 10% discount! This purchase was a gift!..poor customer service!

First time I've ever used the online service. I thought it was really good. I normally think that install prices and sometimes be expensive but the wholesale option online was good value. Delivery was super fast came to me the next day despite saying I would receive it in up to 4 days.

Beautiful well thought out delicious highly recomended a treat from my granddaughter katie green we took it on a picnic made my day

Not quite a pleasant experience. The order delivery took longer than expected.

I use this company regularly and find them really good. A few issues that I have experienced in the past seem to have all been sorted out by their new website, such as seeing when something is out of stock before you order.

They despatch quickly, give fast responses to queries and have an informative website which includes them being able to answer frequent FAQs about the products they sell.

The price-matching is useful too. It saves ordering via a few companies when trying to get the best deal on all of the supplies that us cake makers use regularly.
