Do not purchase from online

Do not purchase from online. ordered a pair of $260 shoes shoes arrived box and recipt correct size ordered inside shoes were incorrect.... accidents happen i get it but their online chat is slow tedious and they expect you to return items then wait for a refund then repurchase. you cannot exchange. terrible customer service unhelpful outsourced chat that takes over 30 min for each response.
however the stores themselves have been great as i had to call them myself to even get somewhere because ther chat is so pathetic and unhelpful.

Worst returns policy I’ve ever…

Worst returns policy I’ve ever experienced. Do not buy from this company.
I was refused a refund for a pair of shoes I ordered online that were a size too small. I was happy to return and buy the next size up. This was not an option.
I’m now stuck with a pair of US mens 6 that fit like a size 5.
Never had this sizing issue with any other shoe I’ve ever owned. I cannot believe it’s acceptable under consumer law to refuse a refund if the size is wrong when purchasing online. What an absolute disgrace! I’m now stuck with a $340 pair of shoes I can’t even wear.

I ordered a pair of sneakers

I ordered a pair of sneakers , and when it came there was only 1 shoe in the box , I called the store that the receipt came from and the the person took my order number but didn't get back to me. Went on live chat to let them know as well sent pics of my 1 shoe with invoice pic ,in which they sent me a return slip, I sent the shoe back got my email of the parcel arriving at the store it came from , waited 3 days but no answer , went on live chat again to let them know that the shoe arrived at there store, gave them the tracking # and pic of the 1 shoe and pic of my receipt they told me 2-3 days for a answer, 3 days past went on live again to follow up and talk to a different person . At this point you would think they have my issue on file, but nooo they don't and I have to give all my information again and be told 2-3 days for a answer , I have talk to now 3 people on live 12 days past since my shoe was returned and to this day no answer in regards to my return. They have my tracking and evidence of the mistake they did , but they cant just refund my money! Worst customer service I have ever had.
