Received the wrong item and am yet to hear back about this.

The Gmail message said your package will come in 2-5 days, it's been 11 now, dont trust this website.

Despite giving the manufacturers part specification for my Lenovo laptop the website showed me the wrong variant of the battery. There were 3 variants with different cable lengths but nothing in the description about having to choose the correct length cable.
Also, the courier is not door to door. They left the battery out in the cold in sub-zero temperatures. This would damage the battery.

I placed an order on the 3rd of August (SFI4313919 is the number). Estimated delivery time was 2-5 working days. Today is the 15th of August, 10 working days are gone, and I still don't understand where's my charger. I sent a few letters to the support and only got one reply with no help and only promises. Maybe it's a scam even, I don't know. Very frustrating. I basically can't work without this charger and my laptop is dead and needs to be charged.

I use the Subtel web shop regularly and recommend it to my friends.

I cannot login using my password and cannot change it, but the rest is perfect: speed, postage, packing, and site usability.

Quick delivery, great price and after a month of battery use no obvious problems. The wires could be a few millimeters longer, otherwise the battery isn't quite in place. Otherwise happy with the product and will order again, hopefully not too soon.

very bad experience, ordered a lens cap from the website which mentioned that it would be compatible for my camera lens, however it was too small.

I asked to return it and they replied back that the website didnt mention my lens in compatible lenses section with a screen shot, which had my lens

and then they stopped replying.

i dont know but this is a scammy behavior, as far as i know returns to online delivery are atleast forced by law, this company not only didnt offer me return but infact lied and then stopped responding.

Delivery came few days later as promised. Battery was delivered, but it was not with 3cm cable as promised. Cable was 2.2cm long and it was too short for my laptop. Now it has been one week since I reported the issue and no solution offered to get the proper battery for my laptop. 0 stars would be the correct value, but I guess I have to give 1 as that is the lowest value available.
