Wrong battery, shipment cost are for the customer
I ended up with the wrong battery because of the selection filters on the website and subtel does not want to admit this, so the shipping costs are for me.
Update afer the feedback of subtel :
Very unfortunate that after all that communication in advance, subtel continues to partially lie and avoid their responsibility.

Hello,
We don't say anywhere that the battery you bought can replace VS03XL. There is a list for that and the reference is not indicated.
Edit: to make sure a replacement battery is compatible, you have to also make sure that the original battery can be replaced. It seems this information was not checked in this case, therefore ending up on a wrong item being ordered.

Product unfit, no free return
Quick delivery, but the laptop battery I bought, despite being the right model, doesn't work. Fortunately, I could send it back to Subtel, but I had to pay the freight cost, so no free return, contrary to what most on-line sellers do.

We're sorry to read this.
Defective items don't need to be shipped back. They can be discarded. We will never ask a client to return a defecitve item at his expenses. So there must be a misunderstanding here. For example in case of a revocation, we ask clients to pay for the return. But since in your case it is not a revocation, I'm sure you didn't send us a revocation form.

Super fast service and a super price
Super fast service and a super price. Was replacing the battery on a Garmin Edge 1000 and was a bit concerned as reviews online seemed mixed as to if this worked or not. The battery worked perfectly and the two problems I had were due to the connectors not being properly pushed down. Once I did that everything was great and my Garmin given new lease of life after 7 years.
