Subnet are the best when it comes to sorting all your laptop & phones out. I have just been in last week and they put my pictures on my laptop 💻 as couldn't do it. A very quick and helpful service l would always recommend them
Excellent service. I have had two issues and both have been dealt with efficiently, courteously and professionally. I had a problem with my computer speaking to my printer and they remotely resolved it. I would highly recommend them.
Called in their shop, unannounced, at 2pm to ask them to check if my old pc could be upgraded to Windows 11. They said that they'd check, gave me a quote, and would phone me back if it couldn't. If it could, they'd put me on priority and have it ready by 5:30. When I called into their shop at 5:30pm it was ready and working perfectly. All for a very reasonable price and they also had a sale on their second hand computers, all of which looked very reasonably priced.
Have used them before and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
I recently bought a new tablet from Subnet 1 and I needed the information off my old one transferred to the new one. The chap who served me was very helpful and pleasant. To have the information transferred he passed me over to a young man named Matthew. This young man was extremely helpful and as he was dealing with someone who has had a technology by-pass, extremely patient. I would most certainly recommend this company. Well done.
My laptop ran on Windows 10 and MS kept sending me messages telling me it would not be supported after October. I spoke to Suba in subnet1 for advice and he offered to upgrade my machine to Windows 11 for a fraction of the price of a new laptop. I took it in at 09:00 and it was ready before 15:00. The laptop is now much faster and all my files and photos saved.
Suba is a class act. I would strongly recommend subnet1 to anybody running on Windows 10.
