By far the worst customer service
By far the worst customer service. After leaving my regulator for a manufacturer recall, the staff told me it would be ready before my upcoming departure. One day before I leave, I call to ask what we can do. The staff called me a LIAR, saying he had never said he would deliver on time, which they did. Otherwise, I would never have left my equipment there before a dive trip. They told me it is not his problem and that he could not deliver on time. But he also could not reach out to inform me that after 3 weeks he had done NOTHING to my equipment and that they would not deliver on time. The staff is rude and unpolite. Would not recommend this shop.
