We want to be very clear that we only sell 100% authentic products sourced from authorized suppliers. We do not sell replicas or counterfeit items, and claims that the product would be fake are therefore incorrect.
Fragrance can sometimes be perceived differently depending on factors such as skin chemistry, expectations, or even batch variations, which may affect how the scent is experienced. This can sometimes lead to the impression that a scent differs from what was expected.
Regarding returns, unopened products can of course be returned. However, for hygiene and safety reasons, opened fragrance products are not eligible for return, which is standard for this type of item.

Don't waste your money and time, this company is awful and catastrophic, all their products are fake.
Such an unprofessional company with horrendous delivery options that they don't take responsibility for. Stear clear of them unless you're up for a super sucky customer service. Not recommended.
