My order is on hold although my payment was processed because they would like me to send a photo of my credit card plus identification via email! They never mention such process prior to payment.I won’t do that as many online shopping stores tend to release your private information! Who would feel comfortable emailing someone your credit card!

Was my first time ordering from Stylenanda. I was extremely sceptical after reading the reviews and experiences that other shoppers had. However, I love 3CE so thought if give it a shot.

I placed the order and it was dispatched the next day. I received it to the UK via UPS (I really dont like UPS they are terrible couriers) within a week.

Everything came intact no broken items, no surprise fees. So yeah, all good.

I ordered from Stylenanda more products before due free ship. And this time I had to pay tax 12€ (my order was amount 16€).

BEWARE ordering from this site. Sure, the clothes look nice enough, but honestly, the quality isn't really that great and doesn't justify the price, and one can easily find similar items on many other notable Asian sites (for less).

Note that their sizing is completely OFF and inconsistent and often, even after reading the fine print on the supposed measurements, you will still end up choosing the wrong size.

Which will lead to you having to return things. Well, the big no-no is how misleading their return policy is -- prior to ordering, you might read their return policy and think it seems standard enough.

What's NOT indicated there is that after you request to return, they will DEMAND you use ONLY EMS -- not just any regular tracked airmail, mind, but EMS -- to ship back your returns.

EMS, as everyone knows, is exorbitantly expensive and will generally cost far more than what you're returning. If you don't send it by EMS, they say they won't accept the return.

Further, if you don't give them the tracking number within 3 days of registering the return, they won't accept it either. So be prepared to DROP EVERYTHING AND RUN to the post office soon after registering your return.

Nor do they do exchanges, with shipping fees borne by them, though that's what is stated in their policies (I screenshot all this in case they decide to quickly edit anything now).

Of course you don't know any of this before you purchase and you place your order in good faith. Well, beware and learn from my experience. Steer clear -- try Ledin, Shein or even Ali or some other such company if you're looking for Asian-style fashion instead. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered Oct 17, 2021 during their sale, but now it's Nov 18 and I haven't received my items yet! (it was just 3 piece of make up so it shouldn't take long) Mind you, it was for domestic shipping! Others just take at least 2 days to ship but Style Nanda takes 1 month!

This is the 3rd time I had an issue with them. Last time, it took them 2 months for my refund (also domestic Korea). The other was a very slow delivery w/ a stained earring.

Their Shipping is horrible. You never get your package.
Eventually i had to cancel all.
Order fall clothes and get them winter

NEVER ORDER FROM STYLENANDA! I have never seen such scammers. The shipping fee was supposed to be free but I was supposed to pay another 33€+tax to the shipping company. For a 11€ package! As I was dissatisfied with the order (there was a sample I did not want and did not appear while placing the order), I wanted to return it. The company offered to return it back and they did, but now Stylenanda demands 38$ from me as a return fee and no refund! Absurd. I have no tears left to cry. I am sooo sad. 😩😩

I would give no stars. This is a fraudulent company. Taking a month and a half to receive a refund for a shipment they never sent out. They claim they did but could not provide any evidence. As a Korean and having ordered from companies in Korea i.e. Olive Young & Etude House, I'm ashamed and frustrated that a company such as this exists. I will not buy 3ce again even from other distributors. Do not order from this company. They do not have the proper ethics for their overseas clients, because we all know if this is happened in Korea, they would no longer exist.

Stylenanda lured me in with their cute clothes and "free shipping". However, after a month of waiting, I realised something was wrong and looked to see where my delivery was. Apparently, it was being held and I had to pay custom duties to deliver it! I was told I HAD TO PAY THE SAME AMOUNT I PAID FOR THE CLOTHES TO GET THEM DELIVERED WHICH MEANS I HAD TO PAY DOUBLE. I have to pay double just to receive a little top and a lipstick!!!! DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR "FREE SHIPPING" AS NONE OF IT IS FREE. They also have terrible customer service as I tried to get a refund based on the fact that I was not informed at all of the custom duties and it is still under decision whether I can even get a refund!!! NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY, I'LL HAVE TO PAY OVER 70 EURO JUST TO GET A TINY TOP AND A LIPSTICK BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T TELL ME ABOUT CUSTOM DUTIES. I AM STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND THAT THEY WILL NOT GIVE. STAY AWAY FROM STYLENANDA. SUCH A SCAM.

such a scam honestly, cute clothes but i've heard the quality is bad anyway

i like clothes from stylenanda a lot and have ordered 4 times since the start of this year. however most of the items need to be hand washed or dry cleaned and some clothes feel quite rough but i think this is the case with most korean brands as the materials they use are similar. customer service is not bad too. some clothes are one size only so as someone who is more petite this is okay for me. one of my items came with the straps torn but i did not return it in time so i will just fix it myself.

I ordered make-up for Stylenanda because they had fee shipping to the Netherlands.

When the package arrived the costs where 17 duty and 33 import taxes over an order of 66$. I am willing to pay the duties but the import taxes in the Netherlands are calculated based on the transportation costs, stylenanda did not note free shipping on the parcel which lead to an amount of 33. The customs will be taking 21% of average transportation costs (Korea > the Netherlands). Therefore i rejected the parcel and decided to sent it back.

They responded 1,5 week later on my e-mails which is very slow. Stating the return costs are for the costumor, which i find absurt due to their fault at not noting the shipping fee. Won't order from them again.
