You have told us that you have not received the full order, but our system shows and so does your delivery note in the parcel that all 3 articles should be in the parcel.
It might be that the article was forgotten to be packed in the parcel, due to this reason we checked this in the warehouse, and asked you to sign the declaration that you have not received the full parcel.
Normaly IF something is been forgotten to be packed and shipped to the client, the warehouse sees that in the system and resend the article to the client.
In your case, the parcel was shipped fully with all three articels, you received an parcel without any damage, the inventory in the system matches the number of items purchased, sold and re-turned. So there was nothing else left then to say to you that we will make an exception (Eventhough the system proof that you must have received the order comoletly) to refund you the amount of the article which you mentioned was not included.
You have received the amount of the article, if you need that article you can place an new order.
It is not that we have sended you half of the order and have taken the full order amount,.
Please reread the email the customerservice has sended to you, there is not written that you have stolen the article, if you assume this from the email, we would appologies for it.
