Very disappointing experience with STYLECNC.
I paid more than $3,000 for a replacement laser tube, and it arrived completely broken. After reporting the damage immediately with photos and evidence, the company told me that “the broken rate is high” and that shipping glass tubes often fails.
My question is: if they already know the probability of damage is so high, why do they continue selling and shipping these products without clearly warning customers BEFORE taking payment?
Customers spend thousands of dollars expecting a professional and reliable process, not to hear afterward that breakage is “normal” and that the company “cannot send another one.”
What makes this worse is that the shipment was insured through UPS, but instead of quickly resolving the issue for the customer, they told me to wait because insurance “needs time,” while my machine is stopped and my business is losing money every day.
A serious company should take responsibility for damaged products, replace them immediately, and then handle the insurance claim separately. The customer should not be forced to absorb the loss after paying thousands of dollars.
Be extremely careful when ordering fragile and expensive parts from STYLECNC.
