Great customer service
Great customer service! One item from my order was sold out unfortunately, so customer service reached out and offered to either replace or refund the item. The messages were always swift and friendly and I am happy with the final outcome (and I think my daughter likes the replacement bag even more than the one I initially ordered for her 😅).
