Unprofessional unsafe establishment
Despite having a scheduled appointment with Dinho (the owner), I was kept waiting for over an hour while he prioritized other clients. When I mentioned the delay, he refused to perform the service himself. While another stylist offered to step in, I declined as I had specifically booked with the owner. In response, Dinho became verbally aggressive, yelling at me that I should not book with him again or return to the salon. His behavior was incredibly intimidating and made me feel unsafe.
Although he eventually completed the service, the entire visit lasted three hours due to the initial neglect and the subsequent confrontation. I believe this level of service and conduct is unacceptable for any professional establishment.
