I booked this Italy tour through Studifahrt…

I booked this Italy tour through Vision Reisen and Studifahrten, and unfortunately it was a complete disappointment.

From start to finish, the organization was extremely poor. Schedules were never followed, and delays were constant. Journeys that should have been manageable turned into exhausting 14–15 hour trips, with irregular and unnecessarily long breaks.

For example, our arrival time at the hotel in Bologna was announced as 9:00–9:30 PM, but we only arrived around 11:30 PM–12:00 AM. Despite this, participants were strictly told that if we were not on the bus at 8:00 AM sharp, we would be excluded from the tour. This double standard clearly shows the lack of professionalism.

In the cities we visited, planned activities were either shortened or poorly managed. Time schedules kept changing, and participants were rushed from place to place. On top of that, the staff justified all of this by saying that since the tour was “low-cost,” such issues should be expected—which is completely unacceptable.

Communication was also extremely poor. Instead of sharing important information via WhatsApp or written messages, instructions were shouted in the middle of the street to groups of 150–200 people. As a result, many people missed crucial information and were later unfairly blamed or even scolded.

Additionally, the organizers avoided responsibility by claiming “this is not actually our tour, it belongs to another organization,” which is highly unprofessional.

The attitude and communication style of a staff member named Onur was particularly inappropriate and disrespectful.

In short, this tour might be cheap, but the experience you get in return is absolutely not worth it. If you don’t want to waste your money and have a stressful experience, I strongly advise you to avoid this tour. I would not recommend it to anyone.
