The total experience was excellent, the people at StubHub were extremely helpful and kind.

I purchased ticket 5 months ago. Now a week left till the concert and still no ticket. I don’t understand this. What am I supposed to do

We wish we had received our tickets a little sooner.

We purchased our tix based on the seat view photo on the website. It was a clear view of the stage. When we got to our seats, there was a huge speaker in the way blocking our view. My 14 year old daughter was so upset. There was an extreme misrepresentation of the view from our seats. Not worth what we paid.

I have to admit because it was my first time buying resell tickets I was a bit scared but now I have to say that the experience was great. We got the tickets no more than 5 min after purchase. The whole process was smooth and seamless

We were a bit unsure if this was a legitimate site purchasing World Cup Tickets when we purchased 4 tickets Australia vs Egypt, but it ended up being legitimate. The communication started with Stubhub including multiple detailed emails re tickets, when they would arrive and how to access them, including downloading the FIFA app to access tickets once I accepted them. More follow up emails then came from FIFA regarding game time, how to get to the game and which gate etc. The day of the game was when we got the QR code for the ticket this arrived around 4 hrs prior (we had the ticket but no QR prior to this), was happy everything worked out and we enjoyed the game.

Well getting the tickets was very easy but I got really sick and had to give them to Friends but they had a great time sitting behind home plate and getting all the food in the dugout seating. I was very bummed but at least I got someone to take the tickets. But I will go again this year and use Stub hub!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never used the pass. Found a closer place to park.

My experience selling tickets through StubHub has been extremely disappointing.

I purchased FIFA World Cup tickets in December 2025 for a June 16, 2026 match. After receiving the tickets in March, I realized I couldn't attend and relisted them on StubHub. The tickets sold in May, and StubHub emailed me confirming that the sale was complete and that I would be paid within five days after the event.

Then, on June 25—nine days after the event—I received an email stating that I would not be paid because I had supposedly canceled the sale. I never canceled the sale, never requested that it be canceled, and until that email, every communication from StubHub indicated that my sale had been completed successfully.

I immediately contacted StubHub, sent them the emails confirming the completed sale, and was told my case was under review until July 28. Since then, I have called four additional times asking for an update and offering to provide any additional information they needed. Despite my repeated efforts, I have received no meaningful explanation or resolution.

What is most frustrating is that StubHub charges substantial fees to both buyers and sellers, yet when a seller has a legitimate issue, communication is poor and the burden falls entirely on the customer. If there had truly been a problem with my sale, I should have been notified before the event—not after the event had already taken place and after StubHub had confirmed that my sale was complete.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend StubHub to anyone selling tickets. Sellers should be aware that even after receiving confirmation that a sale is complete, they may still face unexpected payment disputes with little communication or transparency.

I had a great experience with StubHub. The ticket prices were very reasonable, and I was pleased to receive immediate access to my tickets right after purchase.

Easy purchase, legit tickets. I was a little hesitant after reading about issues others have had getting international tickets (U.S. tourist purchasing Tokyo Giants tickets), but I had no problem. I made sure to purchase “instant download” tickets, and it worked without a hitch.
