Lovely product and brilliant customer service

I’m absolutely delighted with my Roll Top 30L bag. The quality is exceptional—it’s beautifully made, feels incredibly durable, and the attention to detail is evident throughout. It’s comfortable to carry, has plenty of well-thought-out storage, and has quickly become my go-to bag for both work and weekends. You can tell it’s built to last.

What impressed me just as much as the bag itself was the outstanding customer service. Shortly after I purchased it, the Summer Sale started. I reached out to ask if they would consider honouring the sale price, and without any hassle, the team promptly refunded the difference. That level of customer care is rare these days and really shows that Stubble & Co genuinely value their customers.

An excellent product backed by exceptional service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stubble & Co to anyone looking for a premium, high-quality bag and a company that truly stands behind its customers. I’ll definitely be purchasing from them again specially for my children.

Excellent quality and customer service

Stubble & Co makes some beautiful and thoughtfully designed bags. I have the roll top, and in addition to holding everything I could possibly need for the day, it has added features like reflective strap edges, ample interior and exterior pockets, and the new design even incorporates a luggage strap!
I reached out over a year ago about a repair, before their repair program was up and running, and they remembered to reach out to me over a year later to offer support. I'm not aware of any other companies that would maintain that level of records and actually follow up after all that time. I plan to start with Stubble &Co next time I'm in need of a bag.

Recommend for customer service and aesthetics

Ordered a backpack and had issues with fedex not updating their tracking. Reached out and they responded promptly with updates. I received the item shortly after but noticed it had since gone on sale. I inquired about getting it price matched and they refunded me the difference. Amazing customer service and the backpack is super sleek and well made.

Next day delivery not honoured

Next day delivery not honoured. Confirmation said that if you need you item quickly to email, so I emailed immediately after submitting the order explaining I needed the next day order that id paid for to work and recieved a patronising condescending email about being patient no clear timescale, no sorry you wont have your item, no we will refund your delivery charge. Terrible.

You paid for next day delivery specifically because you needed the item by a certain time, you emailed us straight away when there was a problem, and the reply you got back didn't give you a clear answer or take the issue seriously. That's on us, and it's not the level of service we expect to give.

I'll get your delivery charge refunded straight away, and I'll also look into why the timescale wasn't honoured so we can stop this happening to someone else.

Next day delivery not honoured (Resolved)

Following my review below, Customer Service reached out and were very proactive in getting my order moving and explaining what had happened with my order.

Ordered on Friday at 13:48 with Next Day Delivery option. My order has not yet been dispatched. Contact customer service and although my next day delivery has been refunded, they won’t say when it will be dispatched? They keep saying “your order is still being processed through our dispatch network. Kindly allow 24–48 hours for you to see some movement on your order”. What does that even mean?

Disappointed

I’m giving them 2 stars because I’ve bought product before and I like it. This is more about their customer service.

At the moment I wouldn’t bother ordering anything. The shipping is free because they don’t despatch your order, even if you upgrade and pay for next day, and stop replying to emails. No phone number, so you’re left stranded. Credit card company will be my last port of call. Disappointed.

And I’m not sure DPD will be happy when Stubble say it’s their fault, when in actual fact the order hasn’t even been processed.

Edit. Told by email today that my order has been despatched express and tracking details will follow, but not true. Would really avoid for a couple of weeks. They moved to a new warehouse and whole operation seems to have collapsed.

I went to pick up my parcel from an…

I went to pick up my parcel from an Evri parcel locker, but the locker was empty. I am not very happy of a company that claims to have quality products because of this, the bag that I ordered was expensive, so I'd expect some sort of good customer service. I emailed Stubble and Co but they have not messaged me back and seem to have no way to contact them quickly other than an email.

I'll see what they do, but so far, I am not impressed by this. I can see from other reviews on Trustpilot that my issue seems not to be isolated, I have requested a chargeback.

Update: Stubble & Co's customer service was amazing, they sent a replacement to me quickly using DPD Express and gave me a partial refund to compensate me.

I would warn anyone from using Evri as they lose parcels as quickly as a running tap loses water.

Therefore, I have updated this from 1 star to 3 star, to accommodate for terrible delivery partner Stubble & Co chooses, they should use someone else for premium products to fit their brand, rather than Evri's chat bot support clique.

I absolutely love the Laptop Tote by Stubble & Co

I absolutely love this bag. I bought the 20L Laptop Tote in Midnight, and honestly, it looks even better in real life than I expected from the photos on the website.

I was a little afraid that the bag might look different in person, but it is really cool. The style is exactly what I like: not too formal, not too sporty, but somewhere in between. It has this elegant city/underground feeling: stylish, modern, a little bit sporty, but still refined enough to use in a professional environment.

What impressed me most is the quality. The bag does not look cheap at all. The materials, stitching, zippers, and all the small details inside and outside feel very well made. You can really see that attention was paid to the design and construction.

For me, it fits my personal style perfectly. I work in a professional setting, but I don’t like bags that look too official or boring. This tote gives me that balance: it looks smart and elegant, but also relaxed, urban, and a little bit alternative. It really highlights my style.

Overall, I am very impressed. The bag feels practical, stylish, high quality, and unique. I’m really happy with this purchase.

Great quality bag, great service

Great quality bag in general. One of the clips to connect the shoulderstraps came off after ~1 year and Stubble provided me with a full new bag as they could not repair it. Now that is what I call great service!

Best bag ever!

I ordered the The Roll Top 20L very last minute before a trip away. It came super quickly and is the best bag I've had. It's very comfortable, high quality and fits so much in, whilst looking great! Really happy with it and will definitely be ordering again.

Great customer service

Great customer service! Responsive, friendly and helpful. Not a bot. The bag is also great - I wouldn't say it's the most beautiful thing - a bit sci-fi, but very practical and sturdy. Just not exactly chic. But then that's not what they're going for.
