ADVICE SOUGHT

ADVICE SOUGHT: Bought a modular from STRUCTUBE in June and in less than 3 months the couch was forming lints and losing feathers all the time. Obviously it's of poor quality so I contacted the store requesting a return and a full refund. The couch does have a one-year warranty but the store insists that it's normal wear and tear therefore not covered by the warranty. I don't know if it's just me but when you buy a new couch it should last you at least a good little while and less than 3 months would not qualify as normal wear and tear. We are only two people in the house with no kids and have always taken care of our furniture. This is ridiculous. DON'T shop at STRUCTUBE, they sell you crap and take no responsibility and refuse to honor their warranty by using loopholes. If anyone has similar stories to share or advice on how to proceed from here, please share. Thank you!

I purchased a sofa from Structube and…

I purchased a sofa from Structube and it broke from the centre (main centre support frame) within 4 months of purchase. The centre of frame came prebuilt.

It was such a waste of money, super low quality.

Contacted customer support and it was further waste of time. They said it doesn’t qualify as a manufacturing defect and they refused to process warranty claim.

Can’t your product last at least a year?

Warranties are offered to prove that products are durable but I guess this company sells crap and they know it!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, do not expect a resolution. Bought a bena bed which is supposed to just snap together like a puzzle. However, the last leg was not allowing and it would not fit together. I tried reversing the panels still did not work. Called customer service and sent the required pics and the nightmare is still ongoing. They are requesting I pay a 69 dollar fee to return it. Many back and forths asked me to send a video, meanwhile the package is sealed again and ready to go why would I unbox and put together just to send a video. I am sleeping on the floor on my mattress at this point. I even went and bought another bed while I’m waiting which is not available until mid Oct. I was told last week to send pics of the original packaging. Now they will take it back at no charge when the new bed is delivered but there is another catch. Since the new bed is not available until mid October which is not my fault I will need to pay the $69 cause they cannot wait that long to pick it up. This company does not care about their customers or stand behind their product. First time buying from them and will likely cancel the new bed as well, I do not have faith in them.

poor quality, company does not respond

We have purchased several pieces of furniture from Structure, and overall, we have been satisfied. However, last year we bought four Lugo Chairs, and unfortunately, they have been the worst chairs we have ever owned. Since we received them, all of the screws have come out from the top many times because the compressed wood material is of poor quality and does not hold the screws in place.

We have tried repeatedly to repair them, but there is nothing we can do to improve these chairs.

I don't think it's fair that I paid over $500 for chairs that have required multiple repairs in the first year of use, or even more so, to have to replace my dining room chairs after just a year and a half. ( keep in mind that we only dine on the table, kids eat at school and we eat mostly at work, so is not even a heavy use)

Awful company

Awful company – don’t waste your money!
I bought a bed with a clear manufacturing defect. When I contacted Structube, they asked for photos. I sent them, but they claimed they couldn’t confirm the issue. I sent more, and they blamed assembly. I corrected the supposed assembly issue, sent additional photos and a video showing the middle leg couldn’t be screwed in properly—the screw just spun and never tightened, leaving the leg tilted and the bed unstable. Despite the clear evidence, they kept insisting it was an assembly problem.

I even invited them to inspect the bed in person, but they refused. The legs eventually broke, leaving the bed unstable and unsafe, yet Structube still denied responsibility.

Structube’s customer service is dismissive, unhelpful, and refuses to stand behind their products. I’d rather buy from Temu than ever deal with Structube again. Worst furniture company ever!

Still waiting (over 4 months ) for my…

Still waiting (over 4 months ) for my Structube order. An item was on back order, but they refused to split my order without charging shipping twice, despite advertising free shipping on orders of $299.

Then the “back in stock” got pushed back a few times. It was meant to be delivered this week, but the delivery company called and told me I’d need to find or rent a truck to pick it up from them *insanely frustrating

I emailed into Structube support, and they confirmed it was all ok and scheduled for delivery the next day — it never came.

Meanwhile, Wayfair and Article deliver straight to my door within a week.

I can't even understand how this company is operating like this.

Spent $5k+ on furniture, $20 defect, won't fix

Spent $5k+ on furniture, some buttons weren't even attached to one of the 3 arm chairs we bought.

Sent an email, told to call. Called, told to check my email. 3 weeks later, the claim is denied because "that's normal wear and tear". Ah yes, when I sit on chairs they usually drop buttons... When they aren't sewn on lmao.

I've spent so much on their furniture, yet they couldn't be bothered to sew on two buttons that someone in the factory forgot to sew on.

It's fine, I'll figure it out. I'm not as incompetent as their factory workers or customer service representatives so I should be able to get it done with a bit of research.

BUT we still needed another leather couch. Obviously I won't be going with these time wasting incompetent losers.

I've been trying to buy from Canadian…

I've been trying to buy from Canadian retailers, but my experience here made me realize why Ikea has been such a success. An item Structube delivered turned out to be defective. The company was inflexible about returns, despite the fact that the product was unusable. Not only has Structube lost a customer, but the company has just gained the opposite of a goodwill ambassador.

The worst return policy ever

The worst return policy and customer service I’ve ever experienced. Their return process is designed to make customers lose money. The only option to return an item is by paying a fee of $70, simply because they don’t allow in-store returns. According to them, their stores don’t have space to accept items, an excuse that only adds to the frustration.

Terrible quality & customer service

We Purchased a very large, very expensive couch from structure almost 3 years ago. Worst purchase we have ever made!!! The couch constantly loses feathers which is a mess all the time and has made the cushions look completely deflated. We were told that the couch we purchased is made to hold up for a long time and is completely suitable for pets (dog) and kids, absolutely NOT true! The couch is covered in pulls and piling and looks like we’ve had it for 30 years. I contacted customer service to look into getting new cushions/covers and was directed to contact the store I purchased from. I went into Structube and additionally sent an email with which I was told they would look into getting new covers. I waited a week with no further information. I emailed them back requesting an update at which time they told me there is nothing they can do! They just hadn’t bothered to get back to me at all. Absolutely terrible quality furniture and terrible customer service. Structube is obviously a company that does not value their customers at all!

Worst customer service

They only publish positive reviews on their website. They used to offer some good value-for-money products, but purchasing from them is a gamble — they take no responsibility for product defects, such as uneven or unlevel chairs.

WELP

WELP. I should have come here before buying my 2nd ( and LAST) couch from these fools.
My yellow couch came with some teal coloured dye on it in front corner of couch ( so very visible).
They offered me $130 non-negotiable discount:/
It's literally the first thing anyone says when they see it for the first time: "did you see you have a stain? Is it marker?"
They've lost me as a customer. 👋🏻

We had a missed delivery

We had a missed delivery. It was not the delivery drivers fault. I added a secondary number and buzzer code, which I emailed customer service the day before. They answer their emails within an hour usually so I know they got it. When they weren’t allowed in the building, customer service said it was received too late to give to the driver, even though the day the delivery was missed they were able to reach the driver within 5 min with no problem to see if they could come back. Then I had someone email back and forth with no accountability. They are very fake nice and very condescending. They won’t wave a fee even though I spent 3500 dollars. As a customer I just don’t feel like it was handled properly and will never buy from them again. Honestly I would have no problem paying the 70 dollar fee and order from them again if I felt like they cared at all. As someone who never complains and works in customer service I am disappointed.

Structube warranty is horrible

I bought The Karim Mid-Centure table beginning of April 2025, and I had it less then 2 months. It arrived with a crack where the table is supposed to lock for it to not extend and scratches all along the border of the table. I accepted a credit for those damages instead of returning the table because it was a big table and hard to move. 1 month and a half later, I had an event so I tried to extend the table with barely any force and the wire that helps the table extend rips. I barely even felt that it ripped until I wasn't able to fully extend the table and noticed a wire hanging. I tried claiming warranty and Structube refused. So now I have a broken table with no way of extending it which was the main reason I bought it and basically lost 1200$. I will never buy anything from Structube again.

The modular soft couch is the worst…

The modular soft couch is the worst couch I’ve ever sat on in my entire life. We are constantly being poked by feathers. Worse than the couch is the customer service. We hadn’t owned the couch for even one month and Structube refuses to do anything about it. No refund, no credit, no exchange, no help whatsoever. They simply refuse to take any ownership for the poor quality of the couch. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never purchase anything from Structube again and I wouldn’t recommend Structube to anybody! $2,500 WASTED!!
