Excellent experience

Excellent experience, ordered on the website. There was a pricing error when I made the purchase but stronics were fab about it & they honoured the price which was considerably less, my items were sent super quickly lovely kettle & toaster set very pleased with everything, highly recommend . Thanks again .

Helpful and professional customer service

Stronics were really helpful and professional in dealing with an issue I had. They got in touch with me immediately to resolve the problem which would have resulted in me potentially losing a lot of money. I can’t thank them enough for handling it so quickly and professionally, their customer service was great and the employee I spoke to was really polite and helpful. Thanks so much.

Scam/Fraud company

Last week Tuesday 22nd of February 2022, I made order for an iPhone 13 Pro 512GB Graphite with Laybuy and delivery option was for 2-4 business days. When I ordered the phone on the 22nd I called them to confirm my order was placed, they picked up and they confirmed saying it’s placed and they’ll post it the next day and I’ll receive it the next week. I emailed them the next day on Wednesday 23rd of February 2022, asking if I’ll get a tracking number and if the phone will be posted by Royal Mail, they responded later that day saying “Thanks for getting in touch about your order, it should be dispatched within 2-4 days from the day of the purchase. It will be sent via Royal Mail Next day delivery. Regards” so I was fine with that. The phone now gets posted on Friday 25th of February as I get an email with my tracking number saying it has been posted to my address. Monday 28th February 2022 the phone gets dispatched as I’m tracking it on the Royal Mail website and the delivery service is Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm. I get a text from Royal Mail saying my item will arrive Tuesday 1st of March. Tuesday 1st of March 2022 comes and the phone never arrived, the only thing that came was a letter with a picture of the iPhone and all the details of what I ordered from their website. So I call them that day and explained what happened, he said he’ll get back to me via call and email me with an update about my phone, that he has to inquire to their warehouse and see what the issue was. I said okay so I waited till the next day. 2nd of March comes now and I’ve not received any update nor phone call, I call back countless of times and no one answers, I email countless of times too but no one responds back whatsoever. This website and company is a scam DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I’ve wasted £1,452.78 on their website and I’m stuck having to pay instalments with Laybuy when I don’t even posses the iPhone I bought. I’ve been emailing them and calling them since the 2nd of March, but no one picks up or responds back to me. They took my money and never posted my phone to me. I don’t understand what kind of a so called “trusted” company will scam a person like this, to the point where they only send a piece of paper and not the actual phone that I ordered. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

That you so much for the new ear pods

That you so much for the new ear pods, best customer service I’ve ever had from a company, especially online. I had resigned myself to losing out on the ear pods because companies can be hard to deal with on like but Stronics where fantastic, I’ll definitely be using them again. Thank you very much Steven for all your help

Ok impressed with the customer service

Ok impressed with the customer service. First item got lost in the Hermes triangle so they got one delivered in a day, that’s impressive. Great price and amazing customer service
