This company is a complete scam!!! I ordered a product from Instagram and I received completely different material. I was shocked by the product because of the shitty quality. When I spoke to the representative, they mentioned that the quality can vary due to being out of stock. If your product is out of stock why then push the product online!!!! The customer service is always disappointing, late reply, and doesn’t take any responsibility!! Be aware of this brand. It’s a time and money-wasting page!!

Absolutely the worst service. Where to start. Ordered and paid for a t-shirt in a size i thought they had available as the size selection has all sizes selectable only to be informed they didn't have my size, no problem I thought, i will just try and get a refund, spoke with some village idiot at strike vintage who said they would escalate this to the refund team, a few days go by and nothing, but then I get an email saying the t shirt has been shipped in a size small.
Tried to speak to said village idiot again at strike vintage to be told it was too late to change the order and just refuse delivery so it get returned to them, such a bizarre and hassle of a transaction. Anyway t shirt arrives in a size that is not fit for purpose. So now i have the hassle of trying to return it.
PLEASE AVOID THIS AWFUL SITE.

Incredible quality ! Had a problem with my 7th purchase and I live in Europe so it’s very messy with tarrifs and heavy shipping costs etc. the customer service WAS SECOND TO NONE, phenomenal staff really doing their best to resolve all problems.

The products here isn’t what they present on there Instagram photos. On their Instagram photos the shirts look vintage but it isn’t what you actually get. They use very cheap gildan style material shirts and throw a logo on it and call it vintage, the shirts don’t look or feel vintage. None of their “washed” shirts are actually washed. All of their sizing are not standard sizing, their mediums fit like smalls and their large fit like mediums. Also, I tried to return this cheap product and they don’t even honor returns. Instead they gift you a gift card because they don’t reimburse you your own money back. I even made a return of $196 and got a gift card back of only $123. These people are scammers too as I’ve witnessed. This brand is flat out garbage. I hope more people see this and don’t ever buy there stuff.

Our tees are printed on premium-quality blanks like AS Colour and Tee Styled, chosen for their heavyweight feel and durability. Some designs do use a “vintage wash” print style rather than an actual garment wash, which gives the retro look without altering the fabric.
As for returns — we don’t offer refunds on change-of-mind purchases, but we always issue store credit for the full value of the returned items once they’re received back in good condition. I bought three shirts and the image on every one was off-center. While some were better than others, it was clear no one took the time to properly center them. I'm okay with them being reprints, but I wish they had taken more pride in their work. After I contacted customer service, they ghosted me. Based on other reviews, they are clearly repeat offenders.
Additionally, I was charged foreign transaction fees, which is not mentioned anywhere on their website. I discovered the company is based in Australia. When I contacted Kim from customer service about this, she assured me it couldn't be true because their warehouse is in the U.S. After I showed them my transaction, they just brushed it off. I'll be reporting them to the California Department of Consumer Affairs.

The sizing is wildly inconsistent. Bought a medium and it’s easily a small or extra small. Reached out asking for an exchange for a large and was told to use the ‘return portal’ that didn’t work, replied to the email explaining this and was ignored. I then messaged them on instagram for someone to quickly reply asking for photos, which immediately sent and have since been ghosted. Oh, and any return you have to pay for return shipping and then shipping on the replacement.. so easily another 20 dollars. I’m guessing I’m just out of luck on getting a replacement, this was the 5th shirt I’ve bought from them and it looks like it’ll be the last.

Excellent customer service, I made a mistake on my order and ordered a shirt in the wrong size, I contacted the customer service team on Instagram and the issue was fixed within 10 minutes, before my order was shipped out.
My 3 T-shirts arrived within 2 days and they are all great quality.
I will be shopping here again!
