I had a great experience with Juhina when going throughthe Home PurchasePlan process. The pricess is not a very common one to many, yet Juhina made it very easyfor me to understand. She communicated clearly and consistently, making the process smooth and straightforward. She was not only professional but also brought a warm, relational approach that made interactions feel personal and supportive. Her patience and understanding were truly appreciated, and she was always willing to help whenever needed. Overall, Juhina demonstrated both competence and care in her work—highly recommended!

Flexible , fast and reliable Islamic Mortagage

We had our financial advisor meeting this morning and it went very smoothly. Monsur was very thorough in explaining and respected our decisions and queries. What is usually quite an intimidating process he made it very comforting.

I just want to say how impressed I am with the level of service I have received from Stride Up. From initial contact to receiving an offer has been seamless and very professional.
We started our home buying journey initially by applying to GB for a mortgage, reason being we knew a family member wh had a mortgage from them. Though we knew there were others who provide islamic finance, but did not know too much about them therefore went for the easier option.
We ended up abandoning our application with GB because of their lack of service they made us run around getting document after document and this went on for three weeks and still nowhere near application stage. Their communication and lack of knowledge of the advisors was very poor.
We then decided to go with Stride Up, we read the reviews which were very good so we took the risk. Alhumdullilah it was the best decision we made. There service has been impeccable from initial contact with Sarah, who arranged appointments and dealt with our queries. Mohamed was our HPP advisor, he was excellent, he knew the products and advised us accordingly, then finally Paul who chased up final documents and arranged valuation. The whole process took under a month, it would have been sooner if valuation wasn't delayed due to vendors being on holiday.

I would highly recommend Stride Up for those who want s Shariah Comliant mortgage.

How can it be related to shareeaa if they charge more intrest than all other Banks, The Islamics SHAREEAA forbid dealing with interest but they do just the opposite.
