They just dont care.
I've ordered and used successfully 6 Contam pessary cubes in the past from 3 different orders all bought from stress no more. I thought this was a marvelous product until I received the last order. The latest batch I ordered is made from a totally different material which literally disintegrates overnight. I know these are supposed to single use but who can afford that?🤷. I'm on a prolapse group where they suggest with the correct use they can last 2-3 weeks. Making sure of course that they are sterilised overnight by soaking in water with a tiny bit of Milton to prevent infection. This batch however I believe is inferior to all the ones I've ordered in the past. Customer service would not verify this they just said they should only be soaked in water. I think it's their way of making them "single use" so they can make more money from us. Shame on you stress no more. Refused replacement or refund. Id just like to know if was it a faulty batch that I had or have they changed the whole manufacturing process? Too expensive to find out by ordering more. Won't use this company again, I don't like their attitude and I don't like being ripped off........THEY JUST DONT CARE!
