Horrible company
Horrible company. Ordered 2 travel suits. One was fine the other they sewed the pocket to the leg and you get the pants on. They offered me $3.00 as a refund. I asked them to resend they said no. I paid $34 per suit. DON’TBUY FROM THEM.

I've ordered from their website 5 in 1 complete hair style on April 5th. Today is 16/07 and I still did not receive the parcel. When I asked for full refund because of this situation they offered me only resend the parcel but they also need to charge some money. The reason is because of their lost product and the additional shipping fee. On their website there is no proper address.
I have reported this website to Reporting Action Fraud Police UK for future investigation.
Shocking quality
3 products ordered. 1 was unuseable and then other two were terrible quality. You can see where they have used felt tip pen to colour in the dents. Contacted them and offered a £3 refund

Like others have said scam.. the dupe air styler was cheap plasticky nasty.. and blew up when first went to use. They argued it wasn’t a faulty product and showed videos etc… offered £3 again and again I refused. They say money in bank. Liars. Please avoid the products are dangerous cheap and not fit for outside. Lesson learned.

Would give a zero if I could. Ordered some frames from this site which were not cheap by any means. Arrived damaged. Sent picture evidence of damage. They replied saying they could see no issue and would not refund or replace. Customer service is beyond a joke. Don't touch them!!!

Two of heads wouldn't stay on and product was obviously a factory reject after quality control inspection from somewhere else . This company reading reviews needs taking off Facebook they're no more than a scam site reading all these shocking reviews! They, after many emails offered me a refund of £9, which started at £3 !!! AND I could return it at my own expense !!

Really disappointed that I didn’t check reviews before ordering. I purchased frames for displaying art work. The quality is extremely poor, the front is cloudy Perspex not clear it’s awful and so overpriced I would not recommend or use this company again.

Like everyone else is saying I wished I read the reviews before purchasing. It's been nearly two months and I still haven't received it. And to honest by reading the reviews. There's no point me having it as I dout it. It's going to work. I've ordered the 5 in one hairdryer. I'm keep asking for a full refund. They keep saying give it a few days. Well its been longer then that. I don't understand how this company can still get away with it.
I do always read reviews but for some reason I didn't with this one. I do feel quite annoyed with myself that I didn't. On Fb it's got all good reviews on it and that's why I ordered it.
There is not 1 good review on this. Really hope they get in so much trouble about this.

Absolute disgrace of a business and should be closed. I purchased a 5 in 1 hair dryer product. On the first use the item started to smoke and the motor burnt itself out (I have videos which I provided to the company). On reporting the issue the customer service team were quick to reply (the only positive) and offered a replacement. I rejected and requested a full refund. They then offered me £3 compensation and to keep the item (which is broken and completely unsafe to use!) to which I again rejected. I'm now at a £4 compensation but no sight of a full refund. I will be reporting the company to Watchdog and OMBUD.
My recommendation STAY AWAY!!

A terrible company to deal with. I got sucked into purchasing some of their kids picture storage frames from a FB advert. They are poorly made products and when they arrive damaged you have zero chance of them replacing them, or refunding you fully. I just got a standard response about them having checked and the correct products were delivered, and finally a £3 refund (having spent £70 in total)! Very annoyed at their total lack of accountability and responsibility. Disgraceful!

Poor quality picture frame not worth the £21.99 and it arrived damaged.
I ordered without checking trust pilot and I wish I hadn’t! Emailed to cancel my order less than an hour after ordering (because I saw negative reviews on here) which per their cancellation policy is allowed within 12 hours, but it was ignored and order was shipped. I was also overcharged for my order and looking at the reviews I can see I am not the only one. Customer service claimed it was a system error but given it has happened several times I wonder how many other people haven’t noticed and the company has pocketed more money than they should have.
Then I received a poor quality ‘wood’ frame and shoddy broken plastic front. Cue several days of emails back and forth from customer services, refusing me a full refund unless I spent a fortune on shipping to return the damaged product, insisting on sending a replacement product instead which I do not want as I expect it will be as poor quality as the last. After days of emails they offered me £3 compensation, just 14% of the overpriced product that I wanted to cancel in the first place. This company has no respect for UK consumer rights and is scamming us for money for cheap poor quality products. I should have checked trust pilot first!!!

1.An additional sum of money was added to my order. According to the company, this was an error and a refun has been issued. I am still to receive this.
2. The product is cheap plastic. 2 of the interchangable heads broke on first use. Photo and video evidence was sent to the company. The company responded with the confirmation that i had received the correct item, no acknowledgement was made regarding the fact that 2 of the components broke on first use.
3. I am expected to pay the shipping fee to return the item before a full refund can be issued.

Secondly wuality is shocking, frame was poorly made out of cheap products. Lastly they use Evri for delivery so whilst we were on holiday (as I said it took over a month to arrive) they threw it over our full height gate where it sat for a couple of weeks in the rain, so despite me telling them I was not now at home they wont refund, tge product is damaged and water destroyed, they refer me to Evri who refer me to another ‘company’ but no contact details so I am out of pocket with no useable product. Cannot speak to anyone. Beware you are not getting what you pay for.

If I could give no stars it would be more appropriate. Received a hair styler in a damaged box. The outer packaging was not damaged which tells me the product was damaged before it was packaged. Took the main styler out of plastic bag and the wiring cover dropped off - it was impossible to reconnect it. The product is rubbish. I contacted the company who were polite and agreed to look into it. I told them I didn’t want it as it is dangerous. They told me to reconnect the wiring cover and that it would be ok. They then offered me £5 compensation! I told them I wanted a full refund as the product is unusable and dangerous. They then offered to send me another one but I said that I had since looked at Trust Pilot and seen others had received faulty stylers so I did not want another one. Today I received a message to say that they were sorry that they couldn’t help me. This company is selling dangerous electrical products and should not be allowed to offer them to the UK market.

Avoid this company. They should not be allowed to operate in the UK and require an option for zero stars rather than one. I will be reporting them to trading standards. The product took 3 weeks to arrive. When it did, the quality of the product I purchased was appauling. It was a picture frame which cost £25 but was made of cheap paper covered wood with a plastic screen rather than a glass one. The plastic case was damaged and had a slit up it rendering the frame unusable. I contacted their customer service who proceeded to try and haggle with me over a refund over a number of days. They have no regard for UK citizens legal consumer rights. They were given photographic evidence of the damage and they suggested: a. A £5 refund, b. A half refund, then c. A full refund only if the damaged item was sent back to china to their warehouse first, recorded delivery with a tracking number, which they then highlighted may be very expensive for me. A company like this is exploiting the online purchase method to make a fortune out of UK residents. It shouldn't be allowed. Reading the reviews below, it seems this is a common experience with them, which begs the question of how much money they have scammed out of us overall.
