Be cautious when working with this company. While a few individuals are helpful, the overall operation feels disorganized and lacks transparency.
One major concern is how the company misrepresents policies—especially around paid time off and internal support. They advertise benefits in writing, but the reality doesn’t match. For example, PTO is presented as a standard offering, but later they change their position and deny what was originally promised, hiding behind vague policies and technicalities. If this is how they treat commitments internally, it's hard to trust how they handle client relationships and deliverables.
There’s also a noticeable lack of structure in onboarding and strategy. Critical processes like discovery and planning are minimal or entirely absent, with client-facing teams often left to figure things out on the fly. This kind of internal dysfunction eventually trickles down to the service clients receive.
I would recommend looking elsewhere for a more professional and transparent business partner.
