Terrible - Don't waste your money
Ordered a Straight Brush as a present. The box arrived damaged, so I have requested a full refund, I offered to pay for the shipping. The lady who responded to my e-mail said I can get all my money refunded as long as it's unused and unopened. Following this I have requested an address to send the package to, but never had a response back. 8 out of 10 times I e-mailed them I received an automated response back saying that there's no staff available to respond to e-mails. When someone did finally respond they said if I would accept 20% refund. Again no answer after e-mailing back requesting a different solution. I have asked for a phone number to speak to someone but no answer. It has been a month since I received the order and nothing has been done about this. Will be stuck with this product in the mean time.
