Please don't waste your money -
We subscribed to a year of Storyclash at a very high price for a small business. We were promised so much from the platform but it really has not delivered. We have encountered numerous issues with
- search bringing up irrelevant creators
- inability to track story content
- only able to measure delivery of content if we put the exact date of posting in for each creator
- numerous 'estimated' figures throughout that are worthless
- no meaningful way of tracking gifted collaborations
- brand package which we originally paid for, being removed and being told ... 'that being a SaaS tool, we're pretty iterative in how we develop the tool, so changes are very common'
Please don't waste your money or listen to the empty promises. I have worked with Storyclash repeatedly over the last few months to try and get something useful out of our subscription but have nothing to show for it at all. We can't waste any more valuable staff time on a system that is flawed
