Storm cover faded snd ripped within 6 months. No replacement cover available for xxl been out of stock for ages

I placed my order for a replacement standard size scooter cover canvas a few months ago and the transaction (£79.99) was to HRH Hill. I received no confirmation of order so I have nothing but my bank statement as proof of purchase. I just don't know where to go from here. Maybe Storm Protectors could respond to me here as every time I call I'm told that the office is closed at least moment

Do not order from this company , they take your money and you hear nothing for weeks , then they email you to tell you it’s out of stock and will issue a refund .so far nothing back in my account . Can’t contact on number on website . I will be perusing this with my bank.

Placed an order for a replacement cover (original frame and cover ordered via amazon) and payment was taken from my account on 18th April. No order confirmation received and unable to reach them via the phone number on their site or the email enquiry form - will be raising a dispute with my bank but all in all avoid this company.

The worse ever customer service. I was lucky enough to receive the product, a month later the material started to break, they do wanted to collect the whole thing to send it back to the manufacturer. When I asked what they think how I will do this as I needed to pay for fit it anyway they just said they need to send it back. Leaving me without cover for unspecified time, it's freezing cold and raining all the time so my bike would have no shed. Won't ever buy their product again.

Total scam. Site looks authentic and lures you in. Ordered a new cover and have received no order confirmation or delivery details. Luckily paid via PayPal so should get something back.

DO NOT BIY FROM THIS COMPANY. Bought a replacement cover from this firm in August 2022. Still not arrived. Money has been taken. Need to open a dispute like so many others. SCAM SCAM SCAM BEWARE

Had to give it one star wont accept none. Ordered a smaller size pull over cover. Not seen it yet. It was ordered on 27th September. Paid through Paypal. Bought 2 locks too. Money went to an Antique Shop. Will open a dispute. Its looks so good on the site with all the 5 star reviews. Paid for nothing. Scam scam scam

I ordered a bike cover on the 30/08/2022 so wish I had seen these reviews before hand. I have also lost money with this company. Bought a Storm Protector and it seems I won't receive it. got a reply from Vaseline Ivanov saying my e mail address is invalid! . I will report this to the trading standards. The website looks so legitimate what a SCAM

As I can see I am not the only one who lost money with this company. Bought a Storm Protector and it seems I won't receive it. Order #STOR-164642 and got a reply from Vaseline Ivanov saying its out of stock but they still took my money. I will report this to the Bank as well as the Police. Im disgusted and appalled

Storm protection was advertised at £90-99 with free delivery. When I placed the order the cost of cover was actually £144-99 and postage was being charged at £29-99. Almost double the price. Not placed my order. I have sent an email and it came back stating no such email address and no-one has answered the 12 phone calls I have made. Don't use this company, if it's even a company. It's just a huge scam.

I bought a replacement cover -
Then something else happened
: made an account which then said did not exist
: didn’t get a confirmation email of order
: when I called the number didn’t work
: when I emailed via website the page went blank .
When I googled the address it was a residential house.
: when my payment came out of bank it was pet food and supply company
: I don’t know if it’s legitimate but I don’t like false address - a phone number that doesn’t work and no way to actually make an account.
The bank did look at trust pilot today and thought my complaint was similar to other customers.
I did send them an email saying I would take legal action if I didn’t get my money back - so I now have my money back - but NEVER AGAIN. Save yourself the hassle.

Absolute shocking service and attitude from this company. STEER CLEAR!!! took delivery of my storm protector, put it up, realised how flimsy and cheap it was so dismantled it and packed it back up, sent it off. 3 months down the line ive still not recieved a refund. Currently in the process of taking them to small claims court for my money back. Shocking company

My mum purchased a cover, apparently its been delivered by a courier and no one is taking responsibility for item not being delivered so looking like this company are fraudsters, AVOID as looking like my mums lost a lot of money!

I wouldn't recommend buying from this company. I purchased on Amazon via HRH Hill, who are the distributors of this product. Whether you purchase from Amazon, or the StormProtector website, you are actually purchasing from HRH Hill.

The product is average but their customer service is awful. After writing an extremely polite email asking about why the front doesn't close to the floor - something lots of Amazon reviews mention - I received a series of curt, unhelpful responses basically saying that I'm not using the product correctly. I have a flat gravel driveway, but apparently it is not considered "flat/level/even", something repeated ad nauseum in their emails. My driveway is flat and level, although you could argue that it's not even, given that it's a gravel driveway. Regardless, that doesn't explain why it doesn't close properly.

I assumed, incorrectly, that given all the negative feedback on the shelter not closing properly, that perhaps they had fixed the issue, and if not, perhaps they would provide some advice on how to alleviate the problem. No such luck. What I did get was the threat "we have reported this transaction to Amazon as the following statement is clearly inaccurate: "It is on a level surface..."". What a bunch of jokers.

Also worth mentioning - nowhere in the product descriptions does it say the ground needs to be flat, level and even. Now I'm no idiot, you'd obviously struggle mounting this on the surface of the moon, but unless you have a smooth concrete slab, good luck getting anything from this company other than quotations from their manual and to be told you're not using it "appropriately".

I purchased a large cover from this company the instructions were not very clear and during a recent storm all the stitching broke attaching the cover to the metal frame. I have written several emails to Storm protector and Veselin Ivanov from the service department basically would not believe that their product was damaged. On this experience I cannot recommend this product if you live in a windy area. After sales service is not good.

I brought a large motor cycle cover to find they had sent the wrong size poles... I tried to email them and contact through their help desk to which they requested photos, I sent pictures of the problem but was told they didn't receive my email dispite being able to receive the original one?? they then decided not to reply to any of my other forms of communication, I did pay debit card so am slightly stuck.. I will do my best in ensuring that people are aware of the poor service, shame because the cover would of been decent... I guess I will have to just pester them for life
