I had a deeply concerning experience with StorIt that raises major privacy and data-handling red flags.
StorIt Visalia, CA. sent my personal information and invoice to the wrong email address — twice. Their own employee confirmed the mistake. When I asked the supervisor for proof the emails hadn’t been delivered to an unintended recipient, she became evasive, contradicted her staff, and ultimately hung up on me.
This is not a small issue.
It’s a customer privacy breach, a lack of accountability, and extremely unprofessional customer service.
StorIt failed to:
– Protect personal data
– Acknowledge their mistake
– Provide any transparency
– Offer even a basic apology
